The room was dusty (tv stand, nightstands). The tub was extremely dirty. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Me and my family travel from Dallas to Miami to take a cruise and we stay at this hotel. This was the best visit ever. Sade showed exceptional hospitality and customer services. Thank you so much for your service and I will definitely be back if I ever visit again. Thank you Sade!

Location is good, near the airport I booked 2 room. One of the room the AC thermostat didn’t work. So the temperature in the room super cold, 45. The highest temperature I can adjust was 65. So I notified the staff and she said they didn’t have the building maintenance on site, couldn’t get it fix and don’t have the room available on the same floor for my daughter. So ended up she stayed the whole night super cold.

I was on the 1st floor and the air-conditioned didn't get cold. But overall everything else was excellent

Our stay at the hotel was excellent! What I loved the most was that they provide transportation from the airport to the hotel and the next morning from the hotel to the cruise port, which is super convenient if you’re taking a cruise. Last weekend, I went on a cruise with my whole family. We arrived on Thursday and stayed at the hotel that night before heading to the ship on Friday. It was honestly one of the best decisions because we didn’t have to worry about transportation or spend extra money on an Uber or taxi. 🙌 When we came back from the cruise, they also had transportation available to take us back to the airport. They give you a number, and they let you know when it’s your turn to be picked up. ✈️ They also offer breakfast in the morning. 🥐☕ 💰 Affordable, convenient, and a great option if you’re taking a cruise from Miami! I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an easy and affordable place to stay the night before their cruise. 🚢❤️

I would like to express my concern re. the lack of information provided about BF. Despite seeking clarification, I did not receive adequate explanations about the process or the reasons behind the actions taken. Furthermore, when we arrived on site, all items/food had been removed after 10min there without any prior communication, explanation, or consultation. This lack of transparency and communication was disappointing and made it difficult to understand the situation or respond appropriately.

Very convenient from the airport, shuttle does not start until 6am but no problem getting an uber.

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD YOU RELAX AND HAVE TIME TO EAT

Close to everything food, Hotel, Cruise port, airport. Transport to and from airport, hotel and cruise port. They also offered some Excursions. The plus was luggage keeping before and after checkin. They took care of any issues quickly. Rooms need a little cleaning (carpet- smells & dirty)or updating especially for high Traffic area. My key card issues but they helped us moved to another room. Needs a bar or restaurant on-site. We had to go to a restaurant at the hotel next and the rooms there were much nicer.

Breakfast was really good. Eggs, sausage, waffles, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereal, pastries, bread, yogurt, coffee, juice, etc. breakfast area staff were friendly and kept it stocked, room was very nice, lobby very spacious and comfortable, coffee in lobby all day. Front desk staff friendly and helpful, pool was clean with towels available. Nice large mini fridge and microwave in the room. Free shuttle to cruise port and airport. I’ll stay there again. Maintenance issue: automatic door going to pool was out of order.

My guest purse was stolen and I called them never got a call back . Every time I call no answer.slay wasn’t any help told me I couldn’t have corporate number.
