The hotel staff, including Alexis was amazing

The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The airport and cruise terminal shuttle service were outstanding.

I don't like the fact that the room key had to be refreshed daily

Rooms and hotel needs to be upgraded. Could not utilize cpap machine because was not aware you needed key to light the room. Dim lighting entire length of stay.

The property was again fabulous!

With that being said, Amantha, the Guest Service Associate who handled our early check in was absolutely amazing. Amantha provided exceptional customer service making sure we were comfortable and had everything that we needed. Amantha is the perfect example of exemplary customer service and deserves to be recognized.

This was a great last minute stay due to my flight being canceled. Unfortunately I had to uber it here bc the shuttle does not go to where the shuttles go to. Which the staff person did say door 7, however should have also mentioned to where busses go and not where the shuttles are. That’s was confusing. Aside from that, excellent spot.

Great location close to many eating places. Very friendly helpful staff a great stay before heading out to the cruise port. Free shuttle to cruise port so convenient!! Great comfortable rooms and beds. Will stay again.

The transportation service was a big plus. They offer an airport shuttle to and from the hotel, but be aware that the last airport pickup is at 11:30 p.m. Our flight was delayed, so we missed it and had to take an Uber. The free shuttle to the cruise port was well organized and ran smoothly. Shuttle spots are first come, first served, so it’s a good idea to sign up early, but they were able to accommodate a few extra passengers on our bus. Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable, no-frills hotel with reliable cruise transportation, this is a solid choice.
