Clean rooms, Shuttle service from airport to Hotel and from Hotel to Port is a good service provided by the hotel. Customer service is really good.

It was nice I got bit by a bug in bed I think it was a bedbug the manager said was supposed to get inspected and would compensate if it was but claim it wasn’t I think it was my arm is still itching bad u jus can’t see the bumps no more but u can definitely feel them

I liked everything about the hotel.. My only issue was waiting 4-5 hrs for our room to get ready..

The breakfast was fairly ok and the room was comfortable. The Wi-Fi for the 2 nights that I stayed was horrible and when I checked in the front desk lady acted like I was bothering her and her attitude really left a lot to be desired.

The bed is very comfortable and the environment is clean. The shower in the bathroom is very old and barely any water coming out from it...very weak. It's the worst I have ever seen. I literally was using my hands to move water from the tap below towards my body. It made taking a bath a nightmare.

I liked staff, the area, the complimentary breakfast, the location...the rooms where very clean and most of all when we went out and forget to tell front desk for cleaning...when we came back room sparkling clean and all personal items intact. The television was dark when watching shows.

Good location near to the airport. The receptionist Sade went above and beyond to help us. She is an asset to your hotel and deserves a mention. We waited for the complimentary shuttle bus from the airport for an hour and a half. We contacted the hotel and they said it was coming, but never turned up. At this point we got a taxi !!!!

Everything was good. Breakfast area was bit smaller for the number of people having breakfast. It was bit claustrophobic.
