Nice hotel. Our 3rd time staying there. What i didn't like was that they charged my room a day before with a 3 day hotel and then charged me again when I got there and said the first charge would come off in a few more days. Seemed strange since I don't remember it being that way before. Other than that great as usual.

Nice room, pool was nice, staff were nice, WiFi sucks.

Took over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. Water was turned off while staying.

Absolutely loved that they offered a free shuttle to the hotel from the airport and to the port from the hotel. The outside of the building could use some attention, as you can tell it’s older, but the inside was mostly up to date. Plenty of room for breakfast and items available for breakfast. Would definitely recommend this property and be willing to stay again!

Everything about the property was in order, clean, smells fresh, room clean and spacious, Breakfast was very good, staff pleasant & helpful, the free shuttle service was a plus from the airport as directions were sent as a message from Expedia. In all it was a good choice hotel.

Cleanliness, they had an actual working pool and a served breakfast and the staff was amazing Whoever was the guy that was checking us in for our pick up to go to the port. He was really pushy with the lady in front of me about booking with them for a ride back from the port, and then proceeded to lie to us about the pricing of lifting Uber, which was around 20 bucks versus paying him 35.

Clean, friendly staff, shuttle service was top notch from the airport and to the port!

1 night stay and this served our need excellently. Clean with friendly staff.

The pool was nice and warm, the location was good The website and staff both say that you can check in early if rooms are available but there were rooms available when we arrived and we waited in the lobby several hours while staff went into a break room and didn't check anyone in until after 130. However housekeeping was knocking on our door at 830 to clean the next morning when checkout is at 11.Make it make sense. The free shuttle drivers are very rude. Bad bad bad. Do not recommend

When we arrived we found out there was no water due to a pipe busting. The water did come back on when we came back from dinner. But it was cold for a few hours and had to wait to shower. Then discovered no hand soap snd had to keep using shower gel. The ride to the port was great and paid $15 for a ride from port to airport when we get off the ship.

I had a heart procedure the next day.I slept beautiful and you were very close to Mount Sinai.Thank you. Everything was fine
