Location Unfriendly front desk staff at night

The room was clean. Hot water was a slight issue. Got hot with a little finagling. The shuttle from the airport ran on the hour. Other hotels came by 2x while we waited. Only 10minutes away!! Should've been a continuous loop. It was hot out there waiting. Only ice machine working was on the 8th floor. Pool was lovely. Sat out there for quite some time!!! Over all, would recommend. Shuttle to port was excellent. On time and pleasant.

The wait for the shuttle most times were pretty long. They don't always come on the said hour but you wait for the other hour to get them as one shuttle is working between 3 hotels isn't wise.

Location. Close to the airport Customer service. Internet issue. Had to call many times to have internet and the front desk guy was not accommodating.

Clean Not a good location

I liked that I was able to check in later because my plane was delayed, and that they had breakfast available. It was only for one night, but I liked how accommodating and flexible they are. The room was neat and clean.

This was a great stay, with a convenient location and shuttles to and from the airport and cruise port. The suite was clean and spacious, and felt very at home. I will definitely be staying again.
