I like the fact it was close to the airport.. I didn’t like it because the room I was staying in 518.,air conditioning sucked.,mind you Miami is hot..,my room air was trash..

Nice pool facilities, and staff very efficient for check in/out, etc. Clean common areas. Breakfast buffet good for variety, and not too expensive, at $12/person. The shuttle to the airport worked well, although the Miami airport shuttle pick up area is very congested, with many shuttles (lots of them serving different Wyndham hotels) coming and going. This makes identifying the correct shuttle a bit difficult in the crush of traffic. Newcomers trying to navigate this can certainly be stressed out. The room I was in was very small, next to the staircase, and the place where the room cleaning staff kept their service carts…and stopped to chat. The adjacent pub/restaurant very nice.

The staff was inviting but the rear entrance looked like a trap and the rooms could use alot of loving. Also the subway next door was also out of everything even mayonnaise.

Location and friendly staff No area in bathroom to place your toiletries

Location good for person going on a cruise etc. They offered free transportation to the cruise port. Clean room!!!

Stuff was very nice price wasn't bad. The didn't work, no breakfast and bedding was stained. (There were blood on the pillow cases), the floor was durty.
