The property was not very well maintained, but the staff did everything that they could do to make sure that we were satisfied with our stay. We only stayed one night and that was fine. I understand that it’s Florida, but we had the biggest horse flies in our room. We killed five of them!

Stayed one night before a cruise and wanted a cheap, clean, comfortable room. This place was a total dump and one of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The price was also way too high for the room. They should have payed us to stay at this place.

Availability on such short notice. Great and friendly staff. The room was clean, temperature cold, and the shower hot. I don't know where that photo was taken, but the door to the front desk is right on the curb of a long stretch of road, and people don't slow down. Good luck.

The place had roaches ans spiders was rundown and the floors were not clean, as if no one had mopped or swept in awhile

Bathroom needs to be cleaned better as well as rooms.

The price was right. We stayed before and after our vacation. The linen and bed were fine. The staff was exceptional. No WiFi, TV not working, no soap, shampoo or hot water. We didn’t check in until after 7pm so we let it go. It was only one night and we made do.

If you are disabled and cannot climb stairs there is no elevator here. The shuttle to port was ok. The guys running it were not friendly at all. They tried to tell people to sit kids on laps so they could squish in more people even though it was not cooled very well inside. Room was decent for a quick one night stay.

I initially had a room I couldn’t even open the door as it seemed jammed in the frame. The second room had rust, spiders, ants, and termites. You could hear literally everything thru the walls. Then looking outside in the parking lot there were 3 cop cars as if crime is an issue. The only good thing about it is the subway and the fact it’s by the airport
