One night, got what you paid for, airport shuttle was convenient, the property needs lots of work, needs a lot of maintenance crack tiles needs deep cleaning,sink in the bathroom faucet leaking. But hey as I said got what I paid for

Had bugs in room and tv is outdated

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. Good location for short stays and close to cruise ship facilities

I asked for hot water to make tea for my 2 year old daughter and receptionist said she can't help me and she asked for $80. Deposit. I ask her why she said in case I smoke inside. That was a big disrespect

The room itself was not great. The bathroom door would not close properly, and the room did not feel particularly clean. The walls were extremely thin, and the noise was a major issue throughout the night. I could clearly hear people upstairs and noise from the surrounding rooms. Overall, the stay was not that great, especially considering the price. The lack of a reliable airport shuttle, poor soundproofing, cleanliness issues, and lack of basic amenities made it difficult to recommend this hotel.

The location is convenient, with a gas station next door, Subway attached, local pizza delivery, a clean/easily accessible pool, easy check-in, and on-site security that made me feel safe. The room was well lit and smelled clean with no mold or musty odor. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was unacceptable. My first room had hair bundles, spiders, toothpaste/gunk on the sink, dirty light switches, crumbs and debris in the corners, floors that didn't appear swept or mopped, and a dirty AC unit. The toilet would sometimes not flush, one nightstand had no power, and the TV picture was grainy. The walls were also very thin. When I complained about the cleanliness, I was given a tissue box and told to use hand sanitizer to clean it myself. I was not offered another room until an Expedia agent contacted the front desk. The second room was somewhat cleaner but still had spiders in the shower. The online photos were also misleading. They show amenities such as refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, and tub/shower combinations, but these were not in my rooms. Perhaps they're only available in certain rooms, but that should be clearly stated. I ultimately had to buy Lysol and clean the room myself. It appears housekeeping does not thoroughly clean between guests. A 2-star hotel does not have to mean a filthy room. The location and security are positives, but housekeeping and maintenance need significant improvement.

The bathroom floor was not cleaned the top of the soap was broken so I had to use my body wash to wash my hands. Leaving the next day the lady at the front desk wasn’t that great. I had to ask about the shuttle that we almost missed.

I like this place. I have been here over 7 times. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The rooms were terrible there was mold in the air conditioning vents two lizards running around the room. The room phone had no cord we had to use personal cellphone to call down to the office waited on towels a little over a hour and the rust in the bathroom was gross as well as the cracked ceiling and paint job.. NEVER WILL I EVER STAY OR RECOMMEND!
