Terrible service, very dirty everything. It's disgusting, people drinking and smoking in the corridors, the smell is unbearable.

Hair and stains all over the bed and found a broken crack pipe underneath the mattress. Smells like cigarettes everywhere, even the non-smoking rooms. No refunds.

We had booked a room, had a confirmation and everything, upon arrival was told there were no rooms available. They were very difficult to communicate with, as they barely spoke English (which is fine, just made communication a challenge). Booked through Hotels and they said to go with Expedia to get a refund, which makes no sense. Asked for something to document that we did not stay there, and they refused to give anything.

Harry is absolutely wonderful, he greets you at the front desk.He's very nice.

Staff were not always helpful and had difficulty communicating. The rooms were VERY disheveled and had physical damage (my room's secondary locks were physically damaged and did not fully engage). There were literally roaches in the bathroom. And on top of that, the staff tried to charge me AGAIN after I already paid through Hotels.com, quoting that they "could not find my reservation" even after showing them the confirmation pages on both Hotels.com and from their own organization. Frankly recommend NO ONE stay at this motel ever.
