This place looks nothing like the pictures. The staffs are very rude and I’m sooo happy I purchased the protection because it was no way in the world I would’ve stayed there. The room had a very bad smell and holes in the sheets. I highly do not recommend this place STAYYYY FAR AWAY! To add the area is not safe.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. There were several questionable characters hanging outside the hotel. 3pm in the afternoon the staff was not at the front (who sit behind bulletproof glass). The property was completely unkept. There is absolutely no amenities and no breakfast offered as advertised. The room was a smoke free room, but when you walked in the odor of smoke and mold was embedded in the room. The furniture was stained and torn. The fridge was dirty and smelled. I didn’t even get to the bathroom before turning around. I went to the front desk and just started to explain the smoke odor and before I finished my sentence the employee rudely offered me a refund as if they already knew the hotel was not suitable for children. It was so infuriating because we ended up paying $400 for a last minute hotel, parking and breakfast some place else. We spent at least an hour looking. This is a rare experience with hotels.com, but one that I won’t forget.

Especially with that hotel being in the condition that it's in. The covers and sheets are dingy with holes from cigarette burns and whatever else in them, The bathroom was clean. They had a jacuzzi tube in the room, but it did not work. It was nice for the price of it, but if you ask me, I would have been scared to lay down in there. However, I was renting it for one night for someone that really needed a place to shower and rest for a while. I would never rent a room out here again.

Cooperative and understanding

No one came to the front desk until after 5-10 minutes of knocking. When she finally did show up, she yelled at me and would not grant me the room that I had prebooked. She called me a bad person and threatened to call the police - only for me asking for the room that I had already paid for. I will call my credit card to make sure I was not charged. I had to drive down the street and find a new room. Terrible customer service!

Enjoying the quiet

Front desk was absolutely horrible, they are rude, short with responses, & extremely judgemental. The rooms have cockroaches, the ac barley worked, and the "maid" knocked on my door at 9am asking me when I planned on leaving. The TV channels didn't work.

It is a damn fine establishment.
-
Nothing They double charged me for the stay ! Which am having a hard time to recover . The room was filthy and the bathtub was black from dirt. It had drug paraphernalia in the clothing drawers and addicts paraded back and forth all night preventing me from getting sleep or feeling safe
