The room was dirty, and the smell was horrible—a mix of mold and cigarette smoke that made it difficult to stay inside\. The shower was also dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly\. I understand this is a motel and not a luxury hotel, but basic cleanliness and maintenance should never be compromised\. There is no excuse for a property to be in such poor condition\. The only reason we stayed here was because the hotel we had originally booked did not allow dogs, and every other hotel in the area was fully booked due to a soccer tournament\. Otherwise, we would have left immediately I would not recommend staying here unless the property undergoes significant cleaning, maintenance, and renovations

The room was not clean, we found hair on the bathtub and sink. Bathtub and toilet were super dirty. Floor was super dirty, curtains and towels were so old and had yellow stains. Horrible hotel.

This property is very outdated, sheets and towels were very old , good think we had our own towels to use. I would not recommend to stay here. More like 1 strar motel, but pricy for this type.

Very bad experience. We had a reservation for somewhere else through booking.com, but the hotel overbooked and canceled at 5pm. Customer service offered alternatives - we reserved this one for $186. It did not seem to be a safe location, the sign at the front desk about not requesting camera footage and parking at your own risk was alarming, and the room was BAD - cigarette burns on the dirty bedspread, no flat sheet (just a bottom sheet and the gross bedspread), used bar of soap in the shower (we DID NOT use the shower), glitter all over the floor, a layer of thick dust on the furniture and stains on the couch.

Room was dirty. Fold the chair out it was filthy just sheets. No blankets room was cold that heat and AC was not working bad business. I would like a discount. Clean

Dirty, old,scary.

Property is run down and in a bad area (next to correctional facility and across from casino). The chain on our door was broken. The front desk staff were nice. Plenty of parking. Beds were uncomfortable and dirty. But what was really outrageous was the level of filth in the room. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Sticky floor, hair from many different people all over bathroom, crumbs everywhere, moldy shower curtain. I didn’t expect much and this was somehow worse. And we paid $197!
