room was dirty. toilet did not flush. staff was abrupt and very unaccomadating.

This property is very outdated, sheets and towels were very old , good think we had our own towels to use. I would not recommend to stay here. More like 1 strar motel, but pricy for this type.

But the beds were cozy and the shower was sufficient.

Very bad experience. We had a reservation for somewhere else through booking.com, but the hotel overbooked and canceled at 5pm. Customer service offered alternatives - we reserved this one for $186. It did not seem to be a safe location, the sign at the front desk about not requesting camera footage and parking at your own risk was alarming, and the room was BAD - cigarette burns on the dirty bedspread, no flat sheet (just a bottom sheet and the gross bedspread), used bar of soap in the shower (we DID NOT use the shower), glitter all over the floor, a layer of thick dust on the furniture and stains on the couch.

Room was dirty. Fold the chair out it was filthy just sheets. No blankets room was cold that heat and AC was not working bad business. I would like a discount. Clean

That it was close to our location we were going to Some people were loud and rude.

The staff was very nice , but there was no cable on the tv and the WiFi didn’t work for anything else . There was no room phone or clock

Dirty, old,scary.

Property is run down and in a bad area (next to correctional facility and across from casino). The chain on our door was broken. The front desk staff were nice. Plenty of parking. Beds were uncomfortable and dirty. But what was really outrageous was the level of filth in the room. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Sticky floor, hair from many different people all over bathroom, crumbs everywhere, moldy shower curtain. I didn’t expect much and this was somehow worse. And we paid $197!

This property is in a very sketchy section of town. I was told that it is "safe" to walk close by during the day, but not at night. There is only one elevator and the open walkways are split between floors. My sister and I returned to retrieve my luggage after she came in on her flight after determining this was not a safe location. At night, there were two security guards in the front, but poor lighting and no one in the area of the rooms. The clerk would not come out of the lobby and it was locked. Really substandard.

manager on duty was so rude when I complain about the condition of the room he refused to attend to my concerns about the room.

Nothing Room over priced, room not clean,needs upgrade, room smelled. Only stay one night. Out of three.

When we arrived, it was an unwelcome feeling. Although our room was already paid for the man made us show our credit card again. He also made a sign a paper we were assigned room 208 very surprised with the large facility that there were only five cars in the parking lot as we walk to the second floor. We noticed a man on the first floor with his door open shaving his head there was also another young gentleman in the parking lot that was watching us walk to our room. We opened our room and were greeted by a stain on the first bed and a bad smell. We immediately shut . It was not a safe place. We walked to our car and passed another gentleman who was pushing big boxes on a cart when we got to our car there was a man on the second floor that was just watching us. We felt very unsafe and this might not be a true hotel. Something else might be going on. I feel Econolodge should look into this situation.

The room could have used a better clean…there were dirty boot marks all across the floor and splatter marks over the dresser. Towels and pillow cases were not crisp and white…. Kind of yellowish tint which gives the impression they are not necessarily clean. Sink faucet leaked at faucet and under sink.

If not for absolute necessity I would not have stayed here to begin with. There was broken glass in the mini fridge and it was super dirty. The floors were sticky and filmy. There was no shampoo/conditioner/soap for showering. It was noisy and the curtains didn’t block out the light from the outside so it was bright as day in my room all night. I packed up and left at 6am

I did not like anything about the hotel. My bed had burns on it from cigarettes was not very clean. Not a good experience. I do not like the fact that my bedsheets head burns in my comforter burns in them. The bathroom was dirty not a very clean hotel. Would not recommend staying.
