Ground level room, curtains didn't shut completely and street lights were lighting up the room all night. Delivery truck pulled up right next to my window at 730am on a Saturday and was slamming around making tons of noise that woke me up and kept me from going back to sleep. Cleaning staff were also super loud right outside my door. The hotel also charged me twice for the room so I had to make sure I got a refund before I left.

Clean staff polite The bed was horrible not one night out of 3 did I rest. Tossed and turned for 3 days. The bed was the worst ever.

Poor choice. No refund even if you cancel within minutes. I have stayed here couple of times but nothing matters when we ask for a date change or refund. Property don’t even responds to you

It was comfortable and conveniently located. The ev charger wasn't working. This is why we chose this specific hotel and it was disappointing we couldn't charge overnight. Hotel is currently under construction.

The staff was helpful When we arrived, at 4pm. Rooms not ready. Had to wait an hour. They are closing the hotel and converting it to apartments

Breakfast was okay. Bed was comfortable. There was a terrible smell in the room. Also room was very cold. The aircon was working loudly.

We could not watch the television because it has a blue screen. This is the third time this has happened and the only reply is we’ll notify maintenance.

The banana was fine - everything else was not edible The waffles were made by the busy attendant, the toaster didn't work, the coffee was nasty
