Room was clean. Bria was very pleasant and courteous. She greeted us with a warm smile.

The evening front staff member (Saturday 2/7/26) and how she handled an unruly guest! She didn’t lose her composure and stated she’d call the police if the guest didn’t stop with poor attitude and throwing around inappropriate language!

The room was nice, clean. Very little problems except there was no housekeeping.

Rokm was ok. No closet for clothes. No hooks to hang javkets. Hotel needs tl upgrade. Management has to pay attention to the little things.

I read reviews prior to going and basically what was said about this hotel was true. I used to think that people are too Petty when they wrote some of the stuff but moving forward . I'll choose my hotels based on the reviews.The place was clean. The staff was welcoming and courteous. The bedroom was drafty, I woke up with the sniffles in the morning because I have cold asthma. I was truly disappointed
