I like the location and convenience to get to everything. Reasonable rates. Our room was very damp. It kind of bothered my bones. Had to keep getting our key cards re-done because they stopped working even after I went down and got them fixed. Most of the staff are very pleasant and friendly. There is one person at the desk with the personality of a wet mop. Never smiles and acts annoyed that he has to help or check people in.

The air conditioner worked Place was dirty, and the shower curtain was broke. Found hair in the shower. And earrings on the floor in the bathroom. Definitely was not cleaned

Yes, the housekeeper invaded our privacy by entering our occupied room. We had been in the room for 2 hours, so why was she entering our occupied room! Suspicious and Red Flags as always. Try to travel with another person.

There was continuous, compulsive smoking during my entire stay. The more I complained the more these addicted smokers filtered smoke into my room. It’s UNGODLY when a woman is harassed by a gang of smokers in a nonsmoking hotel!

No breakfast, no pool, no fitness room. The staff was good, except for Harvi desk clerk.

The bathroom door handle was broken, the sink was cracked a bit, the bathroom could do with a make over, and you expedia charges 200.00 dollars a night for a 2 star hotel, you could do better for your platinum members

I was only at your place for one night. All was good, but the person on the desk when I arrived was not overly friendly. She was sitting on the couch across from the check-in desk and looked like I was interrupting her. She did get up and go behind the desk but was still

The smell of strong Marijuana in the hallways, there were hairs all over bathroom floor, even though theres a sign out side entrance about smoking there were people right outside the door smoking. They have no regard for no smokers.
