Hotel was close to the hospital where I was helping my nephew plan for his surgery. The room was quiet and everything was working inside as it should. The bed was very comfortable. Shower pressure was great and the water was hot! Coffee in the room along with a mini refrig for my insulin storage. Great experience!

Breakfast could have more fresh options instead of packaged.

Clean and well maintained. Some employees were friendly, others were less so.

We loved it here!! It was the perfect Connecticut 'pitt-stop' before we continued on our journey. We are a family of 6 , so the connecting rooms were perfect and they are such a good size with little kitchenette facilities. Very close to beautiful Milford - well worth visiting Nothing we didn't like!!

The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated having a separate sitting area, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything in the room was modern and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, with a good variety of hot and cold options that made mornings easy before heading out. The hotel's location was also perfect—close to restaurants, shopping, and major highways, making it convenient to get wherever I needed to go. Overall, I was very impressed with my stay. The combination of excellent service, clean and comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made for a great experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend SpringHill Suites Milford to anyone visiting the area. Five stars!

Location and breakfast. Fully paid through Booking. Front desk staff struggled during checking in process asking for ID multiple times, telling me credit card declined and a one minute check in was 10-15 minutes. Unacceptable. Pull out couch blocked entire room from accessing front door. Overpriced.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Happy to have plentiful breakfast provided. No complaints

Breakfast was good We had a great experience at the SpringHill Suites in New Jersey, so we booked this location without hesitation, expecting the same quality. Unfortunately, this stay was a huge disappointment. Our room had an extremely strong mold/mildew smell. It was so bad that I could barely breathe throughout the night. Even two days later, I still have a sore throat after staying in that room. No guest should have to sleep in those conditions. We paid for a comfortable stay but ended up having a very unpleasant experience instead. I hope the hotel addresses this issue seriously, as mold odors are not just unpleasant—they can also affect guests’ health.

The furniture needs to be updated and the beds were not that comfortable

They didnt have a double room that we booked so they gave us two king adjoining rooms for the same rate. Both Tvs were not working but they promptly fixed them. The gentleman who fixed the TVs was very friendly and recommended a great food place. Over all beside a little snafoo at the end where they tried to charge me a 3rd time, it was a good expirence. Will visit again.
