Pricey for what it is but that’s to be expected in Okoboji area in the summer. Staff were very friendly, room was very clean. They do let dogs stay and honestly I couldn’t tell. Room was clean and smelled clean. Breakfast options were basic but good.

Staff, Tom Blair went above and beyond. It took him 3 room changes to accommodate my allergies, but he did it! He was wonderful to work with. Nothing for breakfast that worked for us. We turned ac off due to the bad smell coming out of it. Doubtful I will stay again because of my allergies. But Tom deserves a raise!

The location was great, staff was nice and everything seemed clean. There was nothing fancy about it but it was a safe, clean spot to stay when visiting.

There was poop behind the toilet and what it seemed to look like vomit behind the tv dresser. Not sure what it was exactly but assuming its pet friendly I would like to think it was cat or dog poop

Great stay! They did not provide standard-sized pillows (they were small square ones) so if that’s a deal breaker for you, I would bring your own.

The size of our room, the cleanliness of the property and the staff were very friendly. The rooms on the backside of hotel do not have a lot of natural light so the room needed more lighting especially by bathroom mirror.

Overpriced for the quality of the room. It was clean-ish, had an odd odor, tiny tv with no remote, breakfast is included is the basic cereal/toast/waffle maker-no other hot food served.

Trail in back. Rooms were decent size. Quiet retreat like setting Pillows were so tiny. The comforter was so thin and had to ask for an extra one. Bathroom vanity area was so small. Breakfast should be advertised as a continental. Needs protein.
