Check in took long and ice makers were out of order but place was nice, beds were comfortable, and place was quiet.

It is a beautiful hotel, very unique. The rooms are spacious & clean and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant/bar on site is exceptional. The location is perfect and we could walk to all of the places we planned to visit. We loved styaing here and will plan future stays. The parking was tight but it is in the heart of Arnolds Park so there is not a lot of room for parking. We had asked for early check in and were told we could do so but our rooms were not ready when we stopped to check in. There was a wedding party there so I assume they were pretty busy.

Location within walking distance to the lakes and eating establishments We have stayed here in the past 3rd floor no issues with privacy and was quite. But the room we stayed in last night on 2nd floor facing pool. The walls are so thin you might be advised that your personal activities can be heard no sound barriers and not a restful night ?

The location was good for this weekend Nice hotel Booking. Com charged me on the 14th on my credit card , hotel didn't think they paid and now have pending charges from hotel. Talk to there manager of hotel acted like he didn't know how to fix until he looked into it more. The water in shower was luke warm. Also no housekeeping this weekend. Would like more outlets and lighting in hotel rooms

Great location Room was dark and dated. Bathroom counter was very worn and needed to be replaced. The room was very dark at night and it was to hard to read a book except in the bathroom.

Even though the booking indicated breakfast came with the room, it did not. We were told this was not the Inn's responsibility and this has happened before. Rooms are cleaned only upon request, and sometimes it is difficult to find staff to do the cleaning. Coffee is provided but is not always available. Parking was more than adequate.

Nice to have the 2nd story pool, parking for the hotel is inadequate.
