I was a solo traveler who stayed for one night only, but it was a good night's stay for a quite reasonable price. Had I traveled with a larger group who stayed for longer, I would have been able to get even more value from the place. My room had 2 queen beds and a daybed for the couch. The bathroom was smallish, but adequate, and clean. Inside the main room was another sink, if I recall correctly, and not a full sized refrigerator, but a larger hotel fridge. I didn't think to try the TV until my checkout morning, but it looked like I would have been able to log into different streaming services. In the center of the horseshoe shaped driveway, was a small pool, a covered deck, and different seating areas in the grass, under the trees, and amenities like lawn games and fire pits. I did eat their breakfast on my checkout morning. It wasn't anything that fancy, but did have cereals, at least one kind of bread, and bagels by a toaster, muffins and donut holes, and by the waffle makers they had both regular batter and strawberry flavored batter, as I recall.

Such a unique property! Great for kids, Adults, less than a minute away from lake! Live entertainment! It is a little older. But that is obviously stated in the name! I would definitely stay again!

Just a fun place. Games and fire pits on the lawn. Even the wifi code is kinda fun. My wife and I try to stay here whenever we go to Okoboji.

Overall okay but they didn’t clean the room and didn’t bring us towels during our stay. Staff were kind and helpful. The pictures were different. Location was really good.

This was our first time staying here and for sure won’t be our last! Great location, walking distance to a gas station & dock to get on the boat. Perfect complimentary breakfast - waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, donut holes, yogurt & granola, coffee & juice. They have a great patio, entertainment and bar area. The pool is clean and has an awesome fire pit area with grills you can use. Beds were comfortable, my daughter loved the twin bed she got to herself in our room. All in all the place has a great vibe and friendly staff!

Too small and crowded area with people who all had a loud party attitude. I did not have a safe place for me to park…apparently my space was taken by an unknown someone and they could not guarantee safe parking for my car and they did not seem concerned about it so I did not feel comfortable or welcome. I did not stay…left and continued driving until I found a nice location and hotel to spend the night.

Clean room, friendly(ish) staff. No bar, no restaurant.

The room was excellent. The bar, Block Party, was enjoyable with delicious food. The breakfast was a bit light, but about a ~3 min walk away is the Wyman's Spudnutz donut shop, so I think they're just balancing out the obvious temptation (I gave in and have no regrets).

Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Would stay again.

It's a great spot for your vacation. It was quiet and very well maintained! Would definitely be staying there again.
