Easy to check in and out. Front staff were friendly and polite. The pillows were not comfortable.

The suite was spacious. It was well supplied. We had a balcony with a lake view. It's a beautiful lake. The water park was open. The outdoor pool was closed for repair. No house keeping. Attention to maintenance details like a broken lamp, spots on doors, would make this a pristine resort.

Location was great and staff was friendly and helpful Outside pool area and swim up bar we're closed. Only offered a 10% discount
-
Good location for kids Outside pool was closed for repair out of the blue which we understand happens but nothing was offered as a apology for the inconvenience.

Beautiful campus, the weather was cold and raining, we were really looking forward to use the pool and the swim up bar. Nothing of your concern. It’s a beautiful Hotel.

Relaxing balcony Room very small. Only king bed and no room for an additional chair. The building we stayed in was quite a ways from the main building although our room was Lake side and balcony provided nice view of Lake. But was quite a ways from the lakes edge. We didn’t use the water park but visited it and it looked fun for kids.

We like it all, no complaints but in the past we were allowed to get four tickets to the water resort and this time we only got two tickets and there was five of us. Things have changed quite a few, but loved our stay over all That we only got two tickets to the waterpark

Building poor structure rooms walls thin noise worst ever encountered

We love that there is a waterpark. I don't like that there isn't any type of breakfast offered.

The waterfront view was what I wanted and it was great. Coffee pot was dirty. Decaf coffee options would be nice as well as non-dairy creamers. The counter had some grit on it which I figured out was probably dishwasher crystals. Upon arriving, the check-in person was incredibly unclear about where my room was.

A very quiet place to stay 4/26/26-4/28/26. Parking was very convenient.
-
The pool It was cold. Not clean. Needs a lot of updates
-
The customer service was great and the indoor waterpark was a hit! The beds were very uncomfortable.

Warmth of pool Beds are rock hard.

It was good. The water was super warm. Everything seemed pretty clean. So when you book through this app, it does not tell you that there’s different buildings. I accidentally booked with the building that was not connected to the waterpark, but the property was able to swap me into a room that was for the same price. If it wouldn’t have been available, I would’ve been pretty pissed having to walk across the parking lot in the cold to get to the waterpark.
-
It would be really nice if at least one pool and hot tub was open during the week.

The multipal small pillows in place of regular size made sleeping difficult. There was not a sigle place to sit, no chair to sit to take my shoes off. No chair to sit on to take off my shoes at the end of my work day. Expected at minimum a chair. The multipal small pillows made sleeping hard. The air conditioner was loud.
