Great place to stay

The day of our stay we stopped in to make sure this was the place. Our GPS kept taking us in a different direction. The girl at the desk was very helpful and assured us that this was the place. She was very pleasant and helpful. When we arrived later for check in a different person was at the desk and checked us in. We were told some updates were being done and given a room on the first floor. WalkIng into our room was a shock. The smell was not clean or airy it was musty and stale. We try to pick a medium priced room as they are usually clean. The decor of the room was very poor. One lounge chair stuck in a corner with the opposite wall completely empty. No dresser, desk etc. Usually the holiday Inn group is good. When I got up in the morning it looked like something was dropped on the floor so w/o my glasses I reached down to pick it up (with a kleenex) and it was a cockroach. My husband stepped on it and we left it there so the staff could see it. The person in front kept going outside so we just left our cards.

Very clean place and the staff were very prompt and friendly.

Definitely an outdated property that needs an injection of cash. But as someone wise once said, you get what you pay for. It did the trick though, and staff was friendly enough and room was clean.

Spiders and a cockroach in the room. The linens were stained. The toilet lid was not connected. The shower faucet and handle were barely connected.

The room was clean, but the shower and bathroom had heavy buildup. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious!

Our experience was decent. Our room was clean, but had a strange smell and was very dark (not enough natural light or bright lights to turn on). The breakfast was always good, but staff wasn’t super friendly. We did get clean towels each day and our garbage taken out which was nice since we stayed for 4 nights.

The floor had not been vacuumed. There were parts to a broken doll between the beds.

The manager is all about the bottom dollar. I had a problem with the tub draining. I had to put my day activities on hold till the maintenance person came and fixed the drain. I did not get any money taken off the bill for my inconvenience.

This is a really nice hotel, quiet and clean. I especially like that it has trees around it. The lighting in the rooms is also really nice.

The room was clean check in at 2am a breeze. The room was tired its had a few guests baseboard was separated from wall not it really matters just was noticeable no soap bars only body wash. The thing that really stood out breakfast no eggs bacon sausage etc oatmeal was offered only and it was blah terrible way to start another long drive

Elevator sounded like it was about to break loose at any moment. Found trash in the room on check in. Some outlets didn’t work in the room

Bed was quite comfortable. Noise and commotion with large number of kids roaming freely like playing ball in the lobby.
