Room on first floor right next to the elevator. Left to eat dinner came back and the noise from the elevator, people and ice maker was nonstop all night. Breakfast was overcooked. The dining area hand chairs that were pealing. We stayed at this hotel last year but will be looking for a different location next year.

When I arrived front desk lady never told me they were working on the floor I was at , had No Breakfast never was told what time , missed all breakfast , no laundry unit on the floor , no venting machines on the floor , fan did not work in bathroom house keeper told me the ceiling fan was broken and repair people were there working . Venti g machine she said no there isn’t any , told her about breakfast she said it is at 6:00 am . I was so discussed went to get on elevator a worker was there and told me I had to take the stairs . Pool was down couldn’t use . Had to go down the road to get soda to drink went to car had an almost flat tire , had to run down to get it fixed , due to something in parking lot . Told the girl at front desk about the stuff and I was very dissatisfied , the other staff was nice but what I was told about amenities was horrible there wasn’t any . My only three day getaway was not a relaxing three days at all . Due to slamming of hall door from a worker who stayed across hall . To not one amenities. I believe I deserve a full refund for tolorating all this . No enjoyment at All . Ms Pam VanHook

Common areas were unusually dirty including benches in breakfast area. Juice machine for breakfast was broken. Several restaurants in close proximity

Very comfortable. Great breakfast. My grandson loved the pancakes. Close to restaurant's. Easy to find everything.

Room.was nice and cold, plenty of space, breakfast was great and hot and stocked, Pool felt hot to enter but water was chilled and everything was great!

Convenient location. Easy access. Beds. Comfortable. Decorations dated and Lacking. Hall carpets dirty and need walls painted. Hall on 2nd floor smelled like weed.

We checked in and tv remote would not work - went to call front desk but the phone was dead. The bedstand next to the bed had no lamp.

Nothing Our hallway wreaked of marijuana. Lady at desk was not helpful. She said she was sick and couldn’t smell anything. It was in room 217. Right across from elevator.

Very quiet neighborhood. Staff were great, and rooms very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast!

The Jay who checked me and my daughter in was very rude and short with us. The bed was very uncomfortable and it room had a weird odor
