The room was very large, clean and the breakfast was fantastic. What we really noticed that in front of a lot of rooms on the first flight the carpet was very stained. Not from pets but it looked like coffee stained or something like that but the rest of the hotel was spotless. Not to sound cheap and I can’t afford it but the parking fee charge was ridiculous. We’re not in a big city where property is prime.

The hotel was run down and not very clean. The staff available were pleasant, but the place itself needs a lot of work. There were stains on the carpet in the hallways and even bumps under it. The room had cracked tiles, random stains on the bathroom vanity, fairly beat up furniture, and wreaked of air spray. The pool was nice, but around the pool needs some cleaning. Breakfast was pretty good. The bed was very hard. We liked the layout and the location, but would not stay here again.

The staff were excellent—professional, friendly and helpful. The room and hotel were very clean. The online description said it was two queen beds. It was very obviously two full beds, not queens. This was pretty significant as we were already downsizing from our normal king. Our daughter slept very comfortably in her full, we were crammed together with a dog trying to find space between us. The mattresses were very firm but with old springs. The minute my husband got into the bed I rolled into the center. While the room was very clean, all the furniture, curtains, walls, and shower curtain clearly were in need of replacement or repainting. I don’t think I’ve stayed in a hotel before where the shower curtain had clear tears up where it hooked to the bar, where the inner curtains had a permanent and un removable stain, where the walls had old marker on them high above reach (I have no idea what that was), and where the door to the hall had a good inch or more gap. Our dog is normally calm, but the gap meant she was literally seeing feet walking by and we had to move our cooler in front of it to keep her from alerting to every guest walking by. The walls and ceiling are extremely thin. I haven’t been in another hotel even on a low floor where I could hear every footfall above me. And it was clear those above us had kids, which isn’t their fault or problem—hotels should be maintained to reduce that sort of noise so all the guests can exist in relative peace. Overall, I loved the staff and appreciated how well they kept the hotel even if owners were unwilling to fund needed improvements. They made our stay stress free.

The suite is very clean and comfortable. It's not a problem and I understand , it would have been nice to have been able to have a cigarette inside instead of having to go out in this heat

It wasn’t terrible, but does need some updating. Not against management or staff, I believe it’s more of a corporate issue, I don’t know. I went to ask for dish washing liquid and a sponge to wash dishes, and was told they don’t provide a sponge. I asked what do people use to wash their dishes and was told to use a wash cloth. I wouldn’t do that at home, so I wound up using paper towels. There weren’t enough bowls and they didn’t have any to help restock our room. No sharp knifes, can opener and other utensils one would need in a kitchen, no skillet so my daughter had to make her eggs in a sauce pan. The fitness room was small and their free weights started at 30lbs, where are the 10, 15, 20, 25’s? strange. Furniture was cloth and needs cleaned. Bathroom mirror was dirty… overall not a real comfortable experience unfortunately.

The bed was comfy and cozy although the room itself had older furnishings. Breakfast was basic but good. Great location. Pull out sofa was awful. If you plan to put anyone over the size of a child in it it will not be comfortable. All in all, our stay was fine but I wouldn’t go back as there are other options nearby.

Everything seems worn and in need of repair or refreshing. Tiles in the toilet/shower area were loose. It felt as if I would step wrongly and dislodge them. The front desk clerks were indifferent. I felt lectured.

We stayed in a King Suite that had a separate door on the bedroom and a pullout couch. The room included a small kitchenette with a nice-sized fridge, way bigger than is typical. We didn’t use the dishes or appliances but did sit at the table & eat our take out. Room was clean but shower/bathroom showed small signs of water damage and could use a tiny update. The only other downside was that the spare blanket we tried to use for pullout bed was pulling and shedding everywhere. We went out and bought sheets and a blanket for my daughter as a result. Breakfast is typical and staff were friendly. Overall, a good value for a quick trip to see family.
