Staff is wonderful and everything was kept very clean. The only thing I didn't like were the beds, should be replaced.

Milford staff was great, from the guy I talked to on the phone, the front desk hosts, to the super cheerful breakfast attendant. No complaints. Hallways weren’t very clean. Had two rooms one was pretty good. The one I slept in had wallpaper peeling around the shower and the base of the shower on the outside just wasn’t clean appearing. Also the TP holder was quite loose on the wall. Parking was really sparse for late check-in. A few maintenance items could go a long way!

The bathroom in my room could have been cleaner. The corners were dirty and so was the bottom of the shower door. I expected better.

The shower had hair in it, the room was beat up, the ac worked great, the breakfast was average, the lobby was crazy loud with kids playing games, the gym was small, the person who checked me in was rude (I had a canceled flight & didn't even get to stay in the hotel my first night, still had to pay of course, then arrived the 2nd night at 11pm only to be treated poorly by the desk clerk).

This was my second time to stay at the Tru in Milord, OH. The room felt clean and I love the scent of their lemon hand soap and body wash. I'm not a huge fan of their offerings for breakfast, but you can find something that you like well enough. I will continue to choose this hotel when I'm in town.

The shower floor is extremely slippery. I almost fell in the shower.

Every thing was nice but we stayed there 2 nights and only got two breakfast tickets. Since we all could eat there I was just going to get alittle some for me to take to go and the person said there wasn’t really anything I could get to go. I probably wouldn’t stay there again because I like the convenience of getting something to eat before I go because I may not have time to eat the rest of the day.

The air conditioning was so loud and rattled on all night long.There was a party on the back patio until 2 AM.The beds were hard. The shower had mold and mildew stains all along the seams and edges.

Breakfast area was very large, basically the entire lobby…with late weekend schedule (till 10am). Hotel was in excellent condition, room was in excellent condition, and everything worked as it should. Nicely situated on a dead end street, which backed up to offices and lots of fast food options, that were open till 7 pm. Entire neighborhood/area is in a nice shopping district. No worries with this hotel.
