Breakfast was great! We were traveling with kiddos of all ages and each of them were able to find something they enjoyed. The room was spacious and the staff was very friendly. The were accommodating when we asked for more blankets for the pull out bed and couch.

This hotel left me driving at 12am to look for shelter as I discovered a roach in my room and another guest traveling with a small infant, had flees. Visible FLEES in their room.

It was close to the interstate. My reservation was not correct. I booked it online and when I arrived my reservation was messed up and we did not get the rooms we reserved making our stay difficult.

We usually try to find a Springhill Suite to stay at when we travel as we’ve always had a great experience. This was the only property we have not had a gods experience. When we got to our room the beds weren’t made after the last guests left and there were dirty dishes in the room. Only 1 of 2 elevators was working. The continental breakfast only had eggs and what appeared to be boiled sausage patties.

Room was hot…nothing for breakfast. Not even bread for toast. Frozen milk couldn’t have cereal, broken waffle maker, no yogurt no fruit

I would like a credit to my account because the tv did not work and wasn’t fixed after being notified. I was told help was coming and didn’t show up to repair. I requested another room and was told none was available. I asked for printout of the bill and was told it was a new system and printer wasn’t working. I’m a Marriott Bonyoy member and is very disappointed.
