Hampton Inn & Suites Prattville

Our room floor was so dirty that our socks were black in the bottom and all we did was walk to and from bed to bathroom. The toilet stopped up and no one would come and help fix it. The shower head was pointed at the shower curtain and it flooded the bathroom floor. The head was loose if you tried to move it. When I cleaned up tile floor in bathroom the towels were black from the dirty floor.called and again no help and no extra towels.

A clean room close to the interstate but still quiet.

Clean, secure, easy check in I wish the tvs were updated enough to use streaming apps like Netflix and paramount. Made it a slightly harder stay because our young child didn’t have cartoons for bed even on live tv the channels were limited.

Great value for the price. The hotel and pool were in great shape and very clean. Rooms were comfortable with good furnishings. Breakfast was good quality and competitive with other brands. Staff was really friendly and helpful. I've you're going to the FL panhandle, this is a great place to overnight.

We ended up in a wheelchair room. Surprised at the size.

This is our second time staying here on the way to the beach. Such a great area. Very safe and the rooms are always so clean!

Staff helpful

This hotel was clean overall can’t complain. However the breakfast was terrible and the staff was rude when asking about the food or drinks. Will not be staying here again not the friendliest staff.
