This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked this hotel in error., Once I realized this when checking in, After checking in we get on the elevator and it was really hot and smelly like someone tried to clean up throw up. My daughter’s room smell of cigarette smoke. The curtains were falling down, and was totally disgusting. Me and my wife room was the same and when we went to go take a shower, the water would not drain and your feet are stuck soaking in backup water that would not drain. The remote control to the TV was completely broken and it smell as if Raid roach spray was sprayed in both rooms to kill roaches. This is a hotel that you would take prostitute to. We were so uncomfortable that we decide to cut our trip short and leave early around 4 o’clock in the morning so that we did not have to sleep at hotel.. If you want to call staying up all night getting sleep.the mattresses are so worn that they sag in the middle. If anyone give this hotel 5 stars is a fake review there is no way this is a 3 or 2 star hotel.

All in all, absolutely nothing like the website suggests. I will not try to stay there again.

Rooms were dirty, AC did not work.. Door handle was broke going to the staircase. Had to check in at Red Roof Inn and desk would not answer phone

Moved the fridge, roaches ran. Turned the lights on in bathroom, more roaches. The bathroom also had mold on the silicon strip. Very disappointing.

Price was too high for the value of the hotel Not clean

Elevator inspection expired by two months. Mold in bathroom. Exit door jamb closed and had to use a different exit. Entry door left open and would not close all the way so anybody could walk in without swiping. TV went out and had to call for help. Strong chemical smell in the elevator. Natural gas smell in hallway. I won't stay again. Good - Waffle House just a few feet away!

They don’t have breakfast, room wasn’t clear and had dirty towels. Sheets had big stains and floors were covered in dog hair. They change 90 plus a night for a $50 room value.

It's in a very convenient location close to places to eat shopping centers it's a very great place as far as location There's nothing that I really can say I didn't like

Plenty of space and storage . The refrigerator was a bit larger than other places that I have stayed in . The air conditioner was working as it should . Everything was in working condition . I was not expecting the room to be as large as it is . This is my second week in a row for an out of town job . I will keep rebooking my room as long as I am on this particular site for the construction company that I work for . There's no shady crap in the parking lot that is very well lit . It's in a nice area with just about any food or store chain in a very short driving distance from the room . I really can't think of anything that I didn't like to be honest . Everything is as it should be .

Nothing Needed a plug to charge the batteries for my boat. Couldn’t find one so I went to ask the little guy at the desk, he was absolutely no help and acted like he didn’t care. So I had him cancel the reservation and went somewhere else.

I really like this facility it's been a great location staff was wonderful

They don’t take the trash out daily or make the beds

When we arrived around 3:20 pm we went to the room and it wasn’t ready and really dirty. Trash in the hallway. It is the nastiest place I’ve ever been. Gave the desk clerk the key and told him the room was too nasty to stay in. Tried to give us another room but we had already seen enough. He said he couldn’t give a refund that he had to check with manager. If I don’t receive a refund I will never book through Expedia again. Had to use a pass key to get in the door to go to the room. That was good. Right around the corner from the elevator the door was propped open with a door stop. Didn’t feel too safe after that. You need to get someone to check out these places that you recommend renting.

NOTHING COULDN'T WATCH TV, IT DIDN'T WORK, ROOM NASTY, STAFF WERE VERY RUDE, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE SLEEP.

My dog woke up at 4:15 AM to go outside and when I turned the light on I saw the roaches -- At that point, we didn't go outside, I grabbed my stuff and we left!!!! I wouldn't even take the time to brush my teeth! I'm glad I didn't pull out the food I had packed for myself or I can't imagine how many more roaches I would have seen. It was an online only rate -- now I know why. I will go back to my old way of driving up to the place first and paying more!

The only thing I didn’t like was the front door keypad. Not user friendly. The volume was so loud that I can hear it in my room all night. They need to try to lowered the volume. Other than that it was great! Lovely place, conveniently located.

Seen a few roaches staff show a lack of concern Roaches busting in room from house keeping when told them u don’t need room service tv was out for hours staff lied about coming to fix it they never came drop phone behind bed moved it was super filthy all kinds of stuff trash panties dirt lint glasses different set of earrings bonnets old film boxes was on side of microwave I thought they was extinct cops running tags harrassing people a few arrest to much going on there
