Got to the room and it stunk. There was black mold on the ceiling. The TV didn’t work. We got a refund and left.

There was no soap in room. We wet a towel and cleaned the floor, because the floor was dirty.

The room had a smell that I couldn’t quite explain. Stains on the walls. Stains on the sheets and comforter. Run down and out of date. The reviews must have been altered. Will not stay there again.

First, let me correct that Julio was NOT the traveler, it was James Butler and Josephine Floran. We were heading back home Kalamazo, MI. the room looked good at first sight. However, as we walked deeper into the room, we noticed the floor was wet as if a bucket of water has been dumped on it and they didn't bother to dry it? I called the front desk and the night clerk brought us towels to dry it up. He brought us more towels cause it was not enough. The bedding was clean also, but also felt damp. Again, I called the clerk and he came in looked at them, he was very understanding and brought us a clean set of bedding. He applogized for the inconvenience, but could not transfer us to another room cause there was none available. When we touched the walls they also felt damp. In the morning, the floor was wet just like the night before. We figured maybe the water was coming from underneath, but how does that explains the damp walls, the toilet tissue, etc. We brought it to the morning clerk's attention and he also apologized to us, but said there was nothing he could do cause we booked theough expedia. We suggested that he placed a fan at the entrance for a couple of days to ensure that the room was completely dry prior to accommodating a guest in it. I may say that the room was clean, cause the towels and bedding were clean after drying the floor. We accepted a $25. cash he offered us, due to unable to reimburse the room fee. Too late to go to another place

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. Fuzzy mold on the ceiling drunk men on the outside of our room stubbing around. Our curtains were falling apart. The doors and walls were covered in dirt. Beds were not made. All in all a disgusting place to stay. Not worth the money no matter what.

There were absolutely no shower amenities available; the bottles were completely empty upon arrival. There were black spots on the ceiling, and my pillow was wet for some reason? The room overall just did not feel well kept.

The room door was hard to close. The security latch was loose, there was no seal on the door and you could see into the room thru the crack. In order to close the bathroom door you had to stand in the shower cause there was no room and there was a rub male on the door from making contact with the toilet. My pillow cases had stains on them, the light switches were dirty, the electrical outlet had no cover plate and the tv remote was broken and the tv didn’t work. If it was cleaner and the doors didn’t seem like they had been kicked in.

The rooms didn’t have soap or shampoo. There were also not enough towels for the rooms.

Location, close proximity to fast food, bars and retail shopping.

Strong marijuana smell

Trashed Our room stunk like someone had a party in it the night before and beer and cigarettes smelled everywhere

The online pictures look very nice, and they do look like the pictures but once inside the room it is nasty feeling, looks like they haven’t been properly maintained for years. You can tell they are used as weekly and/or monthly rentals. Disappointing and deceiving !!!!

I have stayed here many times but this will be the last time. No internet or TV at all. Place was redone not to long ago but this place is being run down. Walked into a muggy and damp room. Paint peeling in the bathroom and coming down. Floors were nasty. Such a shame cause this was a nice place to stay. I will go elsewhere now.

It was over priced and it didn't even have a coffee pot or a ash tray and I paid extra for a smoker room. It was a plain room for a high price

The fact that fridge was frozen up, bathroom light didn’t work and microwave didn’t have turntable plate and burned everything. I complained to staff to be met with excuse after excuse. I stayed there working in the are for almost 2 months and they never cleaned my room . Also the one time I asked for clean sheets I never got them I had to pay to wash my bed clothes myself. I had paid for a month and they wouldn’t help with any of the problems.

Best part for me, THEY ARE PET FRIENDLY!!

Best 3 nights in the longest! Clean, smelled so good lol, the staff were respectful as well.
