Super Inn & Suites by OYO Milledgeville

The air conditioner did work at a minimum. There's no water in the pool I doubt there's any water in there for years. This place was obviously used by people that live there by the week. I wouldn't send anybody there

The beds are very comfortable.... location is ok if you looking for something close to milledgeville. It's needs some up keep.... looks like a lot of long term guests

Friendly and helpful staff. The room I was moved to was fairly clean as the one at check in originally assigned was not cleaned from the prior tenant

Bed sheets had blood stains. No soap or shampoo. No breakfast. Rusty shower. Stains on furniture. Curtains torn and didn't provide privacy. Feel ripped off. This place should be condemned.

Great people Great property

Staff at front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Couldn’t get into my room with the pass key. Ended up having to go to the office and having them get in the room with a regular key. The TV did not work. The smoke alarm kept beeping because it needed batteries. They didn’t have maintenance on staff so said they would call somebody in to fix those things. Ended up having them change my room. Ask not to have housekeeping come to my door before checkout, third time I’ve stayed there and the third time they came knocking about 45 minutes early. Very irritating.

The staff were very nice and helpful . But the owner stated to me on check in "keep the dead bolt locked ". That was concerning. There were literally 75 to 100 dirty mattresses piled in front of the rooms. I had to step over old mattresses and dirty diapers just to reach the door of my room.

Nothing. Thhis place got so many roaches its ridiculous, they just need to brush it down and rebuild.

Friendly staff Infested with roaches in bathroom and all over the bed randomly a crawling through the night. I requested for a non - smoking room and I ended needing to purchase an odor spray because my asthma was getting triggered.

DO NOT stay here, blankets, pillows, sheets & towels all stained, they appear to have bed bugs. Overall condition of property is not good. No matter what they charge it’s just not up to minimal standards

Staff was polite, but I ordered a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room. The rates posted on the counter at the front desk were lower than what was offered. There was no point in inquiring about the problem with the room because the entire hotel was visibly unpleasant. I'm pretty sure there was mold based on the old smoke smell.

N/A The bed and pillows weren’t really clean. They have terrible dark stains. The sheets, blankets, and pillow cases looked clean. There were bugs in the rooms.

Everything . Dirty . Bugs everywhere in the hotel and Loud music from the “ hood “ outside aka people who want to sit and party at a hotel

Not one single thing. The rooms were filthy. Mold on furniture, bugs, along with rotten wood panel on outer wall.

The hotel was older. The entrance to the check in had nice plants in that area. The stairs to the room had a chicken bone and debris on it and there was trash on the ground by the room. First room couldn’t get in second room said non smoking but there was an ashtray and stunk of smoke. Second room no smoke smell but mildew smell and we saw roaches. After dinner we decided we didn’t feel comfortable staying. I was going to get stuff to clean up but we went to another hotel and I asked to see a room first and was given a key and this hotel was in better condition so rented it. I wish I would have seen the other first or wouldn’t have wasted my money there.
