Thankfully, Expedia was absolutely amazing. They stepped up, helped us through the entire situation, and took care of the remainder of our reservation. I really appreciated their support. I just wish the hotel had followed through on the two-night refund they promised.

I’ve used this property several times and it’s always clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk was VERY VERY RUDE AND OUT OF ORDER.

How i has to keep asking them to clean my room

Having to switch rooms soon as we got it.

Staff pleasant and very helpful. Room was on ground floor which was helpful as we use canes. Breakfast was good, Plenty of space for people to eat. Dining area kept clean. Out side of building well maintained. Great location. Rooms comfortable. The water started off dirty but did clear up in shower and sink. Wifi hit and miss. Unable to get tv to work. Staff came to show how to get stations once turned on, but channels wouldn't change. Could only watch History channel. No information printed to explain how to use tv. Direct tv is service used.

I never wrote bad comments for any hotel but this. It’s very dirty.

Good location in Millington. Delicious cookies at the front desk in the evening. Happy and helpful staff. The pool isn't heated and uncomfortably chilly. The breakfast is great and the 24 hour coffee is hot and fresh.
