Motel 6 Millington, TN

There was nothing about the room that anyone would like except a beggar. When you walk in it smelled like weed, the floor looked like you mopped it with dirty muddy water. There were 4 holes in the walls, one hole was atleast 1 foot wide and 6” tall. There was duck tape on the floor below the large hole, like someone tried to tape it up but it fell off. There was water leaking out below the fridge. The secondary lock got the door was broken. The beds were NOT queen size, I have pictures to prove all this. The beds were full size (54” x 75”) I measured them with my husbands 100ft tape measure. The front desk lady argued with me. I asked to speak with a supervisor about how bad the room was and we wanted a refund. She never offered another room, never came to look at the room to see what it was like untill I checked out of the hotel. She called me 30 min after I requested someone else to talk to (which she informed me I would have to wait untill the morning sometime) and told me her supervisor said if I want a refund I’d have to check out immediately . Which we did, then she went to inspect the room, which I accompanied her on. Never once was an apology offered with how bad the room was. She just took pictures and walked out. I have still not gotten an apology nor a refund. This is the worse experience of our traveling. We normally stay in hotels atleast 6 days a month with traveling to see friends and have never had such a horribly experience before.

Not one single thing I was trying to book another night and she told me no. She told me no because she claims that I wasn't there and that I booked for someone else when I booked for me and one other person and I only left to go to work then came back! This place is horrible

Air conditioning worked fine however this place is old and needs some repair work. The room was not very clean and there was mold throughout the bathroom.

Nothing The rooms are falsely advertised they are full of black mold and when I asked to be moved to another room the lady said no all of them are the same told me if I didn't like it I could get the fuck out I had my 8 year old son with me very dirty very rude and disrespectful.

The towels were stained! Walked all the way to the front desk where the front attendant was not friendly at all, and got 2 more and they were stained. Room itself was fine. The door didn’t extend all the way to the ground, so there was about an inch space open at the bottom. It cost $100 to stay there, and wouldn’t stay there again.

No hair dryer. King size bed, a round table and a regular one kitchen chair in the room. In the middle of the night, we heard aloud, boom, and the whole concrete that goes on in front of the sink fell off. I guess the glue came undone, but luckily we were already in bed asleep. We had been using the sink and we would’ve lost all of our toes.

My reservation was canceled after my flights delayed and i arrived after midnight. Front desk clerk was very rude even with me having all of the documentation

Nothing! This motel is trashy! They have drug addicts and people coming in and out slamming doors all thru the night!! Not to mention the BED BUGS!! ME AND MY GRANDMOTHER GOT BIT MULTIPLE TIMES WHILE IN THE BED. AND THE WOMEN AT THE FRONT DESK IS A NASTY PERSON AND A REAL MESSED UP ATTITUDE. MY HOUSE GOT ON FIRE SO I HAVE TO STAY IN A MOTEL FOR A MINUTE AND I WENT TO TELL THE WOMEN ABOUT THE BED BUGS AND SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE Didn't CARE AND TOLD ME THAT SHE WAS NOT RENTING ANOTHER ROOM TO US THAT WE HAD TO GO!!

The check in receptionist was friendly, smooth and quick. It should serve breakfast and have enough towels in the room per person. There's nothing to do the wifi doesn't work with the television.

Nothing the property was terrible The people in office were RUDEEE! There were bugs in my room! the towels were dirty! There were water stains or MOLD in the ceiling!

No frills as you would expect from a Motel 6, but the rooms were clean and in good repair. The staff was very friendly and promptly fixed an issue I had with the TV set.

room smelled

Besides the room, towels, and bathroom being unclean the walls seem super thin. You could hear people’s conversations and tvs from next door. Worst of all they would knock on your door at 8:30am to do the housekeeping. “Do not disturb” door signs were not available.
