Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was very reasonably priced and a great value for this price point. Check-in was excellent, and the front desk attendant accommodated my preference for a first-floor room, which made it easier to bring my luggage in. The room was spacious and extremely clean. Housekeeping was also immediately responsive when I requested items such as soap and towels. I also appreciated that the front desk granted me an extended check-out. The bed mattresses seemed too soft for my preference, and there were no USB charging ports in the room.

The staff is absolutely amazing ! Wonderful service , polite and professional! Make you feel like welcome and whatever we needed they made it happen There is nothing I didn’t like about it

The room smelled stale not fresh

There was a dirty towel with yellow crusty stuff on it on the bathroom counter, some kind of black ash?? Breakfast? There was breakfast? But it was quiet and peaceful, just outdated. Good price though. Outdated, openings at the bottom of the door which brought bugs in, stale smell, towels were discolored and seemed to have needed to be replaced, found an Oreo by the sofa so I don’t think the room was cleaned prior.

Comfy bed Had to leave earlier than planned said they "couldn't refund all unused days".

Clean rooms No breakfast or amenities

The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. It looked like the room had been remodeled, new paint etc. The room was pretty large with two beds and small couch. Overall for a motel and rooms that have outside doors it seemed very clean and well maintained. No breakfast. We found a stain on the "fitted" sheet and asked for a new sheet.

Everything was amazing they accommodated my needs for a lower unit do to my injury the staff is so amazing the facility was clean and super comfortable I don't get back home often but when I do I'll be staying here !!!!!

The price was fairly reasonable especially for a holiday weekend. During my stay, a tornado warning was issued with sirens blaring. Residents were advised to move to lower levels of home/business. Since my room was in the second floor , i decision to evacuate to the lobby located on the lower level where I felt it would be safer. The staff wasn't very friendly or accommodating . The door was locked . I almost had to beg the man to let me my daughter and infant/ toddler grandkids inside . He looked at us with disgust . And finally unlocked the door . Keep in mind the severe weather siren is blaring. I WILL NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE !
