I was not pleased with the room we had.Bed sheets were stained as well as our bath towels.We had to go get bug spray and Lysol because of the odor in our room and bugs flying around everywhere.One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time as far motels go

The price was reasonable. Roaches in the room. I was given dirty towels. Water was brown for hours after a hot water heater burst. Staff didn't inform us.

They did not have right sheets after asking 2 x there was weed smell and it was noisy

Convince to everything you need close by No cream or sugar for coffee website say it's breakfast no there so really disappointing then not have towels at office if you need bring them dirty ones I night shift assistant before at comfort inn worked for 10 years I always had things convenient for guest always make feel at home plus there no slip restant towels for bathroom very slippery and dangerous for guest getting out of bath or shower need better updates

Our stay was okay except for the morning of the nine at 9:00 the room service came and strip the beds while we were still in the room getting ready and then they kept knocking on the door telling me I was going to have to pay for an extra day because I was still there and check out wasn't until 11:00 am. I rushed my kids and we checked out at 10:42 a.m. Not start harassing people to leave at 9:00 when check out isn't till 11:00

Dog being tied up on a long cord next to my room bicycle right out my door in parking stalls people live on the property I did not stay complained at the desk they wouldn’t refund my money very dirty place

The first room(last king ) was not clean, second room no tissue, no towels I've been here several times this was the worst visit no discounts the lady at the front desk was very nice and polite The unconvinced

The staff was nice. Bedding too thin, the tv wouldn't act right, and my room didn't come with any kind necessities and the toilet had poop in it when I arrived

They put us in a nasty room and the bathroom door wouldn't shut and the door to the room was busted on the inside it was not good at all we didn't sleep there was so much noise in the rooms on both sides of vour room people were outside our door screaming and cussing we did not enjoy it at all I do not like to to say anything bad I'm not that kind of person but it was bad I won't ever book it again We didn't like it at all it was dirty and just not a great place to stay I will not booking that hotel again .
