Air conditioning was not working, my whole family was dealing with a 60° room, very cold, and no one was helpful or made any attempt to help the situation. Employees were crying during breakfast since there is new management and they cut their hours very horrible experience. I need a manager to call me, please.

Wonderful stay from start to finish. The hotel felt welcoming the moment I walked in, and the receptionist who checked me in was kind and accommodating. My spacious king room and convenient kitchenette made the night comfortable, though a full‑size mirror would be a great addition. The fitness center was well maintained, and the free breakfast — complete with a chef — was excellent. Everything was very clean, and I had zero complaints. Highly recommend and will stay again on future travels.

I called a day or so after we had checked out stating we left a sweatshirt in the bathroom I got no call back no word about my belongings. We reserved a shuttle for a certain time for a 6 people when the driver showed up to shuttle us, he let us know that there was nobody on the schedule that they never informed him people were needing to be shuttled.

The shower head should have a hose extension to make the shower and cleaning better. And the TV did not work. Other than that the room was very clean and nice. The breakfast was very good. I will definitely stay here again.

Everything good, only the shower room have one option want to perfect it, is the shower room to add the Shower head(Handheld Shower ) we will back and stay next time.
