Best place

So noicy at night and the bed is so old not comfortable to sleep on!!

The Sheraton Milpitas is one of the best hotels in the Bay Area I usually get a room there twice a month just to relax and have some peace and quiet .

For the price I expected at least a standard clean room but this one had stained on the carpets, the table looked gross, the couch was so old and worn out that the cushion was sagging, there was rust in the shower. I would’ve picked a different hotel if I could but there was no cancellation on this one. For a “Sheraton”hotel, it was disappointing.

The room was spacious, and I appreciated that the air conditioning was already on when I arrived. The bed was comfortable and clean. While the room didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator, that wasn’t an issue since I was out most of the day. I stayed in Room 525. Although it didn’t have a balcony, it overlooked the parking lot with trees, which I actually enjoyed because I could easily see my car. The view felt peaceful, and the area was quiet. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and welcoming throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

It was a shock that there was no mini-fridge included with the hotel room. That was very inconvenient and unexpected.

Rooms were very clean, the staff was helpful and made the check-in process quick and understandable. Also there are plenty of parking spaces - you just have to pay a small fee to get a parking permit. Would come back here again👍

The rooms are always very clean and if I ever have any issues I can just reach out to the front desk and they will take care of it asap. I also appreciate how the front desk makes sure that everything is in top shape at the hotel I have no complaints whatsoever.

Another room was very noisy, as if the window were open, even though it was not. The bathtub faucet was old and worn. The indoor air conditioning unit was outdated and produced a moldy odor during operation. During our stay, we trusted the Sheraton brand and its standards. However, even with older facilities, the hotel should maintain the above-average level of comfort that distinguishes it from other brands. Kind Regards Bahar Karaoglu

The Milpitas Sheraton is probably one of the best hotels in the Bay Area and the staff is impeccable the rooms are clean , the swimming pool is clean and has easy access as well as the gym.

This property is close to a lot of different places to eat and it has a nice pool. They hosted my daughter’s graduation and it was very nice to be right there for the morning event. Rooms are not fancy, but they are clean and comfortable.

I would also like to highlight the food. The meals at Lazio were delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The pool was very refreshing and a wonderful place to relax, especially after a busy day. In addition, the drinks they offered were excellent, with great quality and presentation. The only thing I would have liked to see improved was the housekeeping service. I requested a full room cleaning several times while I was in the room working, but it was not provided. Aside from that, my experience was very positive, and I would gladly recommend this hotel.
