Convenient Room smelled like cigarette smoke, got worse with Air\heat on. Thin walls, heard doors slamming and voices in other rooms. Carpet was dirty too.

Was unable to check in once I arrived. I had to wait over an hour and a half for us to check in. They offered late checks out and my room was one of the ones with the 4pm late check out which made us have to wait until after 4:30 pm top check in. They did give me us a late check out because of it.

Friendly staff, the property was beautiful, there was plenty of (free) parking My room did not have a fridge and I couldn’t find the ice machine on my floor, sometimes my room key didn’t work, the lock on my door randomly got stuck and I couldn’t close my door for a while and there was no free breakfast

I had a bad experience with one of the Front Desk Elena. Poor customer service experience with her.

The Milpitas Sheraton never lets me down the hotel rooms are always clean and the restaurant is amazing as well I am super appreciative of the staff members Debbie, Jolly and Joshua they have made my stay at the Milpitas Sheraton a pleasant experience as usual they always go above and beyond and deserve a 10/10 rating thank you so much.

Parking lot was dark and parking was expensive. Small trash cans around property and room and most of them were full. Room had no fridge or microwave. TV was in a weird place in the room. No ventilation in bathroom. Room was clean, but dark lighting. Coffee bar in room had hardly any sugar for more than one cup of coffee.

It’s always a pleasure staying at the Milpitas Sheraton the rooms are always super clean, the WiFi works as soon as you log in and the front desk is available 24 hours to accommodate you if you need anything. Thank you Milpitas Sheraton for always going above and beyond for your customers.
