It was a good experience

everything was good until the room was getting to hot and the ac was not working

The pool . The place was not clean. The Food located on premise sucked . Flatbreads are good . But Breakfast was Terrible! The morning coffee down stairs was empty and never refilled . Also I think there should be microwaves and mini fridge in every room .

Nice and quiet

The rooms are always very clean and if I ever have any issues I can just reach out to the front desk and they will take care of it asap. I also appreciate how the front desk makes sure that everything is in top shape at the hotel I have no complaints whatsoever.

Another room was very noisy, as if the window were open, even though it was not. The bathtub faucet was old and worn. The indoor air conditioning unit was outdated and produced a moldy odor during operation. During our stay, we trusted the Sheraton brand and its standards. However, even with older facilities, the hotel should maintain the above-average level of comfort that distinguishes it from other brands. Kind Regards Bahar Karaoglu

We had same day last minute since our original booking were being disrespectful and didn’t let us stay due to how we looked. However, we found this hotel. They were very nice, customer service was perfect. They were quick to help with any questions or concerns, very fast responsive as well as really helpful with any accommodations. So comfortable nice clean open room. Would definitely come back

The Milpitas Sheraton is probably one of the best hotels in the Bay Area and the staff is impeccable the rooms are clean , the swimming pool is clean and has easy access as well as the gym.

This property is close to a lot of different places to eat and it has a nice pool. They hosted my daughter’s graduation and it was very nice to be right there for the morning event. Rooms are not fancy, but they are clean and comfortable.

I would also like to highlight the food. The meals at Lazio were delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The pool was very refreshing and a wonderful place to relax, especially after a busy day. In addition, the drinks they offered were excellent, with great quality and presentation. The only thing I would have liked to see improved was the housekeeping service. I requested a full room cleaning several times while I was in the room working, but it was not provided. Aside from that, my experience was very positive, and I would gladly recommend this hotel.

Old building. It’s giving, built in the 1980s with all of the original materials still in tact and not in a good way. The beds desperately need revamping, the head boards are scraped up from previous guests. I thought it was just one room but the hotel staff moved me to a different room shortly after checking in and the same scratches were on the new bed as well. The beds are really high. There is no fridge or microwave, and the unlabeled bottled water is questionable in the rooms. The tubs need remodeling. I didnt feel comfortable steppinginto the shower. There is plenty of parking the property has potential, it’s just severely outdated. The room tvs are large. Even the elevator buttons are old. I couldn’t wait to check out the next day.

I like how well kept the hotel is from the pool to the lobby and especially the rooms I’ve never had one complaint about while staying at the Milpitas Sheraton.
