Everything was good, economical convenient

Breakfast was hot. Day time staff (young lady) was nice to talk with along with the maintenance guy. Wifi worked without a lot of effort. The room had a odor and the rug was clammy to walk on. Tried opening to window to get rid of the smell before going downstairs to see if I could get another room but since we were in the room for 10 minutes we was told "no" by the night staff (young man), because we were considered to have taken possession of the room and that all the king size beds are located on the noise side of the building (street). If we chose to move to a double bed to get away from the noise and smell we would have to pay more. Never mind we had not used anything in the room except the chair, because we were reading our bible while trying to air the room out.

Everytime we travel to the Bay Area, this is the hotel we ALWAYS book. The rooms are clean, the staff are amazing! The breakfast area is always clean and stocked up. The rooms and beds are always beyond clean and if there’s ever an issue we have the stuff is so quick to help.

The people are nice and everything was clean i used the laundry it works well.i really like it.
