Quality Inn San Jose Airport/Silicon Valley

The hotel parking lot is quite small; on the day I visited, several construction vehicles were occupying the accessible parking spaces. The rooms facing the parking lot are two beds rooms and are relatively quiet, whereas those facing the highway have only one bed, so I recommend booking a two beds room. The breakfast selection is limited but adequate. Overall, I give it three stars.

Was assigned a room on the front side - facing a busy road. Noise never stopped. It's a location issue, not a staff related issue. But I could not recommend anyone stay on the street side. Fortunately, the person on staff helped me move to a room facing the back side of the hotel and it was a huge improvement. I had to pay more (only double roooms on the back side and I am a single) bit it was worth it. Doubtful I would book here again as I had to pay more just to get to the back side of the hotel.

The breakfast was amazing, I wish it wasn't just sausage and they had some bacon BUT such a wide variety, very very good. The waffle maker was A M A Z I N G! I also liked the curtains, fitness room with the water cooler, and how secure I felt. After 11 pm you can only get in with a key card which made me feel safe. My only complaint is that the walls are thin, I could always hear laundry running around 12/1 am.

My daughter and I stayed here for one night while visiting San Jose. The hotel room was your usual setup. Everything g was welcoming and clean. Would highly recommend as a budget hotel.

Nice affordable location near major silicon valley employers. The staff is helpful. On this trip I had to navigate certain urgent Fedex deliveries which the staff handled very well.

After first being assigned a room that was not made up from the last tenants, I was given a different room. Clean and comfortable. Easy parking. Breakfast was sausages, waffles, fruit and cereal. Building was modern and appealing. I have never seen a room laid out like this room. The sink was in a little cubicle just as you entered the room. I could not stand at the sink to brush my hair because my elbows would hit the two walls because of the narrow opening. Did not care for their checkin. It took for ever for the machine to work. I also didn’t like being assigned a room that had been used and not changed, which required going back down and having to check in again along with their faulty machine.
