Sonesta Silicon Valley

The staff was super kind and helpful. The property was very nice and the rooms super comfy and spacious! Would definitely stay here again

I liked how the crew got along with each other and you heard them laughing. I really liked that, but why does not management succeed in caring for the hotel guests, who in the end pay all the paychecks? I stayed for three nights and paid a LOT of money for that, but the room doesn’t offer even a single comfortable chair and not even a tiny desk. Instead two queen beds fill the big room that features hardly any light ( the single window is very small and there’s no light installed at the ceiling; there’s only one table light and one of the two bulbs didn’t work. Writing to the reception about it did not activate the team to do anything about it. In a corner with an eating table, there was another lamp that was so weak that you could not even read a book with it. No understanding how some professional Hotel could care so little about. On the other hand,

Chromecast doesn't work(the hotel has removed the capability as we were told). Cable buffers. Missed room service appointment

Super clean room... Well appointed worth a VERY comfy bed! Staff was wonderful and the outdoor area / furniture was excellent. The bar / dinner AND the breakfast was really good! The location seems strange (I'm not from that area)... but that's the only "negative" thing I'd say.

Clean, quiet room Nice looking pool;

The property was clean and well decorated. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The accommodations exceeded my expectations. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable clean and well kept. I also appreciated the ice cold lemon water in the hotel lobby for all guests to enjoy! Overall my stay was amazing! I would stay at the property again.

It was Great!!!

We stayed here to be close to the stadium. It was very convenient and close to all the train stations for an easy ride to the city. The staff was very friendly and upgraded us to a suite.

Good

From the moment we arrived, she was unfriendly toward us. I tried to stay positive, but she repeatedly rolled her eyes and made faces. It’s a shame, because we really liked the place, but her attitude affected our experience.

Very good

Very good

Very pleased with the friendly and welcoming staff. Clean property very well maintained. Overall a great experience. Thank you

good

The room itself was clean. My issue is with the hot tub. They put so much chemicals inside that it literally bleached my bathing suit. I showered twice & I was still itchy afterwards. Also, the left rail in the hot tub is loose & is definitely a safety hazard and a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Nice property and rooms! Good price, however the $19 for parking was an unpleasant surprise and feels like a hustle.

This hotel was really nice. Felt like a high end hotel but for half the price.

Rooms were great showers needed work hot tub is unsafe water bleached my sons clothes from 30 mins of being in the handle is unatached to the concrete and unstae

They were so helpful there at the Front Desk… will definitely be coming back to stay here more often now.

Nice place
