Homewood Suites by Hilton San Jose Airport-Silicon Valley

Had a nice pool area. Parking was convenient but they charge by day Our bathroom door was broken , so no privacy. For the parking I didn’t like that you get charged by day it should be free.

Location Noisy. Especially in the morning at around 5 when the trash truck comes for the garbage pickup.

Hot breakfast very satisfying. Eggs sausage potatoes pastries waffles oatmeal strawberries blueberries yogurt juices fruit

Good location for my needs, many parking spaces. Free WIFI very bad. Breakfast is good for short stay, for longer stay could be better.

EXCELLENT place for families! The breakfast was amazing, the room was immaculate and the boys had so much fun playing basketball:-)

Our stay was amazing, staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel was clean and had lots of amenities for us. Will definitely book again when I’m in town.

Property was clean and comfortable to stay in. Breakfast was great, as well. Unfortunately, the toilet in our room kept on clogging during our stay but the good thing though was that they would send maintenance right away to fix it.

When I approached the front desk and said I had a reservation, the employee never greeted me. Instead, he silently placed a map on the counter, asked for my ID, and appeared visibly annoyed throughout the interaction. A few moments later, my wife's sister, who was also in the lobby, mentioned that she had a reservation. The employee's demeanor changed immediately. He smiled, became noticeably more courteous, and treated her in a much friendlier and more welcoming manner. As soon as he turned back to finish my check-in, his unfriendly attitude returned. My wife and her sister both noticed the stark difference in how we were treated without me saying anything. The contrast was so obvious that it gave us a weird feeling.

5/5 Stars - Absolutely Amazing Stay!We had a fantastic time at this property yesterday. From the exact moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and informative.The property itself is huge and absolutely beautiful. It is exceptionally clean and fully loaded with every single amenity you could possibly imagine. We also needed to do some laundry during our stay, and the guest laundromat on-site was immaculate and worked perfectly.
