It is a large property . So you may want to ask for a room up front.

I like that they had a laundry facility for guest to use.

Good clean property for the price.

This is a MOTEL next to the airport. I requested a new room because one resident had music blasting that could be heard down the hall. Parking is limited. When I returned after dinner there was no parking in the main illuminated area and I had to park in a dark section near a Carl's Jr. Solitary guys hanging out in the main parking lot from time to time. Facility itself is a bit creepy. As a single woman, I wouldn't stay here again.

Carpets need to be updayed

Everything was really good. Shower is tiny if you’re not an average human and don’t go if you need a workout while their.

Towels are not clean and the AC is so noisy

We've been here for almost 3 weeks. Due to some unforseen circumstances our 11 day vacation in Ca turned into an entire month stay. I booked here on july 15th. And have been here since. The staff and front desk have been amazing. I would definitely book here again.

Breakfast was aweful.

Horrible experience. First, I requested two double beds and I got a King bed w sofa bed, when I went back to tell the receptionist, it seemed to be an inconvenience to HER! We did get moved to a room with double bed but when we went to bed, the comforter and sheets reeked like Body Order!! It was soo disgusting!! I called and they brought me new sheets, just apologized and we had to change the sheets ourselves. I let the front desk know our disappointment and they said a supervisor would contact me which they never did. We had that hotel booked for when we drop off our daughter at SJSU next month so I immediately cancelled that reservation. Never staying there again! Gross!!

Proximity to the airport (SJC) is its greatest asset. It also close to the industrial park area of the silicone valley businesses.

My room was just outside of the main motel exit door, with the door facing one parking lot and the window facing another parking lot. I heard people trying to get into the motel, everyone coming and going and each and every plane that arrived or departed the nearby airport. One thing I will say is that the room smelled of cleaning detergents when I opened the door so I have no complaints on cleanliness. It seemed to be well maintained and the bed was relatively comfortable. Please note: you need to request a coffee maker; they are not provided automatically. The other positive is the depth of the bathtub. It was a good soaking tub.

Very friendly staff, room was very nice for a solo traveler. Pool was also very refreshing on a hot summer day. I liked the close proximity to the airport and other places like downtown and the Guadalupe River trail. I will consider staying here again if I’m ever in need of a hotel in San Jose

I didn’t get to spend too much time here as I was here for a layover from 11pm to 4am, but while I was here they provided transportation to and from the airport as soon as I arrived and needed to be there. Location wasn’t too far from airport at all so very convenient in those ways. Room was cold and comfortable.

The rooms were incredibly clean, parking was easy and the staff were super helpful :)
