DoubleTree by Hilton San Jose

Pool was beauty, hotel was very clean, airport shuttle was great.

One tip for anyone staying here for a job interview in San Jose: check the iron before using it. Mine had melted plastic stuck to the bottom. Fortunately, I noticed it before ironing my dress shirt. Otherwise, it would have ruined my interview shirt right before one of the most important parts of the trip.

Very dirty property and room

Food below average.

Shuttle was not reliable. I waited over an hour for the pick up upon arrival. I was nervous about my morning flight so I paid for an uber instead of the shuttle service.

This property was horrible. The showerheads were from 1970. You couldn’t even barely get dribbles of water out of it. It was very worn. Let’s just put it that way you don’t get water in the room. It was just very under average disappointing for Hilton. It used to be great as the red lion hotel.

Nice place but misleading in the ad. Owner was present and additional guest. It said id have the home to myself

Room and bathroom was clean. However, my room did not have a refrigerator.

Like that the hotel was near the airport. It needs to renovate its rooms…very old looking from carpet to bathroom. But good customer service

Liked the convenience off the 101 and the balcony. Rooms are a little old but we'll kept

The room seemed a little bit dated it could use a little bit updating and remodeling.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The chicken sandwich and salad were delicious. This was the first time I stayed at an airport hotel and did not hear planes fly over. My suggestion would be to update the rooms. Old, stained carpet was not appealing. The housekeepers would benefit from more training and/or supervision. Little things like dusting bathroom vents and corners were neglected.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. I came and ask for a little early check in, and it was granted. I really appreciated that. Thank you so much... The room at least needs to have a couple of bottles of water waiting and or a small fridge. out of that the place was very well taking care of.
