Motel 6 San Jose, CA - Airport

Room was in poor physical condition but the worst part was the room was heavily infested with cockroaches from walls and lamp shades to the bath tub to the beds themselves. Took photos. Had to check out that same evening and look for accommodations elsewhere. Just a totally bad experience. Hotel said they couldn't refund the charges but had to go back through hotels.com.

Hotel was Terrible,filthy,didnt even stay ended up booking else where after i already paid. Then was told when checking out i was on a banned list for "breaking a shower drain" total scam seemed really odd pretty sure there is prostitution going on and drug deals NOT RECOMMENDED

It was comfortable

Sprinklers outside the room flooded the sidewalks and doormats every day. Waste during drought and muddy mess.

The room was dirty. Pillows were dirty. Ended up leaving to another place down the street.

Cheap , good for the cost

The night shift worker was very attentive and had excellent customer service. He made our experience👍 there very welcoming and let us know what time coffee was and that ice machine was being rebooted. I needed some towels due to a soda spill and he was quick to assist with no hesitation. Thank you Motel 6 for a great experience. Two thumbs up.

Didn’t expect much when staying at a motel 6, but also didn’t expect our room neighbor to be prostituting out of her room. Countless men came and went. Cleanliness of the room was subpar. Facilities quality was subpar. Bathtub looked like t had cigarette burns. The sheets had cigarette burns. I killed 2 roaches over a 4 nights stay. It was my first and definitely last time staying at a Motel 6. It’s not worth the “savings”

This hotel was fine but I prefer to have the option to go without housekeeping. They knocked two separate times on my checkout morning while I was trying to sleep in.

property with good price, convenient location, clean and safe. great for business visit where want to save money but at same time stay in a decent place.

Basic hotel but extremely good location, near train, bus, airport, couldn't choose better place for everything.
