Very disappointing experience. We booked and paid for a Studio with Two Double Beds, but were given a room with one bed and an uncomfortable pull-out sofa instead. We checked in on time, yet the staff refused to provide the room we reserved and kept changing their explanation. The room wasn’t clean, and there were no pillows or bed sheets for the sofa bed. We had to look for staff around midnight just to get basic bedding. Overall, the service was poor, and the entire stay was frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel.

Everything, the staff was rude, they all need to be trained in customer service and how to better explain that the rooms do not come with anything except towels. Although we saw housekeeping,the hallways and stairs were dirty,the same things that were sprinkled down the stairs were there all week. The floor in our room was filthy, the bathroom had mildew on the calking, the shower curtain was super short, so the shower would splash the floor. We had to ask for everything, EVERYTHING. THERE WASN'T EVEN A BAR OF SOAP!!! JORDAN at the front desk was extremely rude! JORDAN wanted me to make sure that I knew his name for the review. It set the tone for the week stay. We will be sure to never stay there again and we will tell our friends and family to avoid it. Broken car window glass in several places in the parking lot did make us fearful to park at night. Overall an uncomfortable stay.
