Extended Stay America Premier Suites San Jose Airport

Very disappointing experience. We booked and paid for a Studio with Two Double Beds, but were given a room with one bed and an uncomfortable pull-out sofa instead. We checked in on time, yet the staff refused to provide the room we reserved and kept changing their explanation. The room wasn’t clean, and there were no pillows or bed sheets for the sofa bed. We had to look for staff around midnight just to get basic bedding. Overall, the service was poor, and the entire stay was frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel.

​The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The room and common areas just did not feel properly cleaned or well-maintained, which made it hard to feel comfortable during my stay. While the layout of the hotel and the general concept are good, the lack of attention to housekeeping really pulled the whole experience down. I hope management works on improving their cleaning standards, as the hotel has potential, but I won't be rushing back anytime soon.

I booked a room with 2 beds but they can only give me a room with ine bed and a sofa bed. Terrible

The property was very secure. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was lacking, only instant oatmeal and muffins. The room I had was to the front of the property, so we heard the road noise at night. I just wish I had time to enjoy the hot tub.😊

Most terrible hotel ever

The place has no bell service, no one was help at the desk but just the receptionish, the room has not shown as pictures. No recomende to anyone or will stay at this location

Nice clean suite with kitchenette. Modern and spacious. Wish they provided dish soap

No water in the morning. Elevator not working. My husband is handicapped and was forced to use the stairs from third to first floor. ADA Non-compliant for emergency situations. Front desk did not inform guests of no running water and elevator not working

Well front desk was ok we checked in at 330 and room wasn't ready, the house keeping people were very rude,we asked for blanket told me to late an ask why my husband was going back an forward when he was getting my coffee at breakfast an oh breakfast was just muffins an coffee an oatmeal, didn't like the stay to while was up all night cuz people above us keep walking hard on floor

Room was super clean and manager “male” was super helpful

It was clean Lock on the door didn’t work,we were transferred to a different room and had to move all of our belongings at 12am,tv did not work

Location was good. Wi Fi was working well. It was dirty, the hallways and my room. Shower head wasn't hanging from the wall, I had to wash myself with one hand and keeping shower head with another hand. Telephone of my room wasn't working the way that was described. Staff need more training &...

It was quiet and it had a hot tub The tub was clogged, and the sink nob, kept on coming off.

The room was pretty. And clean. I was able to have my two small dogs with me which is mandatory for me. The kitchen area was pretty cool. Would have been cooler if there wrte anything to cook with eat with or fmdrink out of. But I used the fridge and microwave. The front desk guy was efficient. But ive worked in hotels before abd I woukd have been fired for looking so disheveled. He wasnt rude but he was also not friendltmy at all. .I was given a room. On the 4th floor and the e l evator didnt work tge whole time I was there. Carrying bags and 2 goes on leashes up 8 flights of stairs was a challenge. And although my room was clean I noticed the same canfmdy wrappers in the hallway when I checked out that were there warmer I checked in two days before. But the room was clean. I paid 200 for 2 nights. Thsts a decent price sio I wont nit pick anymore.
