Hyatt House San Jose Airport

It’s pretty close to SJC, found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Early morning checkout had a person at the desk

Room was great. We unfortunately had to check in late as our room was not ready on time.

This hotel is great. The only comment our bathroom electrical receptacles did not work. We decided to use the ones in the living room area so did not let the front desk know about but I am sure if they knew they would have repaired them.

Exceptional

Stayed in the suite with a kitchenette and full fridge. The couch wasn’t very comfortable, but overall a decent stay. The bathroom is spacious. Closet was small but there are dressers for extra storage. The pillows could have been firmer. AC in our room would turn on and off every minute, it was a little weird, but it didn’t keep us from sleeping. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Amenities were great and property was fairly clean. Note, you will need to pay for parking via an app, and it was a little over 70$ for 3 days.

Nice

The hotel was pretty good. It had your standard stuff, nothing too fancy but nothing terrible either. My room came with a mini fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker. The only negative thing I can say is there was a bag of trash that the cleaning crew must have missed but it wasn’t a big deal. I’ll definitely stay here next time I’m in the San Jose area.

L’accueil impeccable, il y avait du café de l’eau, le déjeuner injuste incroyable il y a même une personne sur place qui font des omelettes à notre demande. L’hôtel est très propre c’est calme. Pas de bruit.!

Spacious and clean room. Peppery is well maintained. Located within walking distance to the rail to get to Levi’s stadium. Breakfast was good. Front counter was helpful. Pay for parking on your cell.

Professional staff. Clean facilities

It’s wasn’t clear in the listing that the parking is an extra cost. There was a fire alarm drill the last day of our visit. The view from our room was of the HVAC system. I’m really surprised they have rooms like that. The shower pressure was really non existent, a small drizzle. We got a suite to fit three people and the pull out bed was just a flimsy mattress on springs so it was not good enough to sleep on. My nephew slept on the couch. Overall this was a terrible experience. There are other similar hotels in the area which are much better. It’s hard to believe this is a Hyatt product.

The breakfast was nice. The staff was friendly. This hotel is convenient and comfortable.

Also, the lady serving omelettes during breakfast was making omelettes for several of her coworkers that were working alongside her. It took at least 20-30 min. for her to bring mine out
