The room was dirty and the bathroom had mold

The property is not suitable for hotel guests. This property is used as a rental property for those who does not have a place to stay. I checked in they didn't have the room I reserved. They gave me a room with no TV and drawers where pulled out. The light in the room didn't work. Expedia need to take that hotel of their listing

It was good enough accommodations for being in a pinch and needing a quick stay. Thank you!

Cold shower and poor customer service at front desk

No hot water is not clean nasty

Everything was accommodating and comfy

The room smelled. There was paint coming off the walls. The electrical was exposed. The TV and fire alarm looked like they were ripped out. The trash can was missing. There were lots of bugs. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

All common areas were filthy and needs a wash rag and elbow grease!!! Why are you guys and other cheaper places to stay so scared of mopping your floors??? The floors have built up dirt, walls have dirt from multiple hand prints, towels were yellow, receptionist at night took forever to attended me multiple times, no parking I had to park in the ‘red zone. As per what night desk guy said and I was terrified the information wouldn’t get passed on and I’d have my car towed, it didn’t but staff didn’t help make the stay easy with that not even a sign in my car to notify anyone idk

Very frustrating experience with the front desk. It’s nearly impossible to get someone on the phone. Instead of speaking with a person, you’re sent a text asking you to text your request or leave a message and wait for a callback. Unfortunately, no one ever calls back. It makes getting simple questions answered or scheduling anything much more difficult than it should be. I hope they improve their communication and responsiveness.

We never stayed there, getting a refund ASAP. We walked into the room with white bedding that was visibly dirty and had literal brown filth. Then as we walked into the bathroom, a cockroach ran through and scurried under a chair. We turned around and left out of the dirt parking lot. There were stray cats and dogs in the parking lot.

There were holes in the wall no phone no tv the drive way was dangerous to park in assigned spot, the tub was dirty or stained, the mirrors were dirty, they door didn’t stay closed, the beds were dirty, worst experience ever

Nothing It was run down. The bathroom has mold in the tub and the shower head was taped up but not very well.

This was essentially a homeless camp. There were no overhead lights in the room, the table lamp was held together by duct tape. There was no trash can. No tv. They claimed to have breakfast but it was a muffin and coffee in the lobby. I felt unsafe on the property. The air conditioning system worked. The sheets were at least clean bit did not smell great. I did not see any bugs.
