Super 8 by Wyndham San Jose Airport

Room was dirty like unsanitary type of dirty. I’m talking dead roaches and blood splatter on walls stayed only 8 hours tried to check out at 3ish am due to the dirty mess I didn’t see due to a long days drive I immediately took a nap. When I woke up went to shower and I seen the disgusting mess. When I tired to check out no one can to the window even when call button was pressed.

Room diidnt have tv had to change rooms and didn’t have hot water in the morning

I was so so sad when i stayed here. Everything were terrible...i really did not how to tell about this...

There were bed bugs and cockroaches in the room. The stay was quite uncomfortable. Not recommended!

I never complain and I’ve stayed in some sketchy places before but this hotel was absolutely terrible. There were so many cockroaches I couldn’t believe how many there were in the room when I woke up the cockroaches had crawled on me. The room was covered in graffiti, smelled, and there was spilled red paint in the bathroom. There was a group of men drinking alcohol and partying all night I could not sleep. This place needs to be condemned.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAY HERE. A man stood right outside our door threatening to shoot one of the guests on the second floor for over TWO HOURS. We checked in at 4PM and immediately left the property once the yelling stopped at 6PM to stay at a different accomodation. He shouted for hours, running along the property about being arrested and how he’ll pull a gun on a woman named Monica. Guest from the second floor were throwing trash and aerosol cans down below. We felt unsafe even leaving our room. Management did nothing and wouldn’t refund us our stay despite being there for only 2 hours in what felt like a hostage situation. If the glaringly obvious safety issues aren’t enough to convince you to stay far away from this place, the rooms are barely functioning. The outlets AND wifi in the room did NOT WORK AT ALL. The bedsheets smelt like urine, and the door would get stuck shut. We specifically asked for a non-smoking room, but immediately upon entering the room had a strong stench of cigarette smoke. The floors were littered with black scum, and the toilet and showers need to be badly replaced. Even the toilet flushing buttons weren’t working properly and needed excessive force to actually work. There’s no phone in the room to contact the front desk to complain, and with a violent threat out your door this place is a legitimate inescapable hell hole. Stay somewhere else at all costs. Not worth the lack of security and safety where there are shooters right outside your door.

This hotel was one of those 2. The location is great and the price is great but getting screamed at by a homeless crackhead in the parking lot as I was walking from reception to the room, seeing bloodstains in the sink, a hole through the bathroom door and hearing my neighbor spend 20 minutes trying to break down their door, I was out of there. The bed seemed comfortable but I didn't want to leave the room and be worried the entire time that all my stuff would be gone when I got back. I immediately left and booked a safe hotel down the street.

Bed bugs everywhere, homeless around, it’s like a guetto. Pay a little bit more for another place, this place it’s 💩💩

My sink had a big hole in the side of the sink completely covered in rust. The exterior is in unacceptable condition and should not be recommended to business travelers. There is so much deferred maintenance, I suspect it just needs to be razed and something new built in its place.

no TV or coffee in the room. no hot water for shower in am., no bedside lamps or lighting. would give it a zero if possible.
