The location was perfect. I liked everything.

Nothing Trash all over

To make matters worse, there were COCKROACHES, both large and small. The smell in the room was overwhelming and unbearable. We had 3 people in the room but were only given two towels, and staff did not resolve the issue after we asked for another one. The refrigerator was unplugged despite us having medication stored inside. The vanity wall was covered in red-brown splatter that resembled dried blood. Multiple electrical outlets did not work, making it difficult to charge devices. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and despite booking a room with two queen beds, we were given two full-size beds which did not meet our needs. This property is unsanitary, poorly maintained, and should never have been rented in its condition. Nothing about this stay matched reasonable expectations for even the most basic accommodations. This place gives "roach motel" an entirely new and unfathomable meaning.

WE DID NOT STAY. As we approached our room we noticed some unsavory people hanging around. We proceeded past and when we opened the door to our room and the smell was so overpowering we physically had to take a step back. We entered with our breath held and inspected the room. The bathtub was full of what we will assume was mud (?!). At this point we decided that we clearly were not willing to stay. The office was reluctant, but eventually agreed to the refund.

the staff was nice and let us refund our stay. they tried to give us another room. when we didnt like the second room, they let us refund for free. there was mold in the first room. the first room smelled bad. bugs in the second room. there were spiders on the bed and bugs on the wall. very unpleasant

This place is a dump. Mostly daily rentals for homeless people. I booked for seven nights, but left after one. No hot water and a menacing dog outside my door. The only thing in the room that worked was the air-conditioning.

Dark, dirty, roach infested

Got to the room and we immediately left and requested a refund. The room was dirty and falling apart. The tub was filthy and had cockroaches. There was a hole in the wall and there was one in the ceiling where the missing smoke alarm used to be. No TV. It was the worst motel I have ever witnessed in my whole life. Run away as fast as you can!!!

This hotel has not been kept up at all. The carpets are stained and disgusting. There is black mold in the bathroom and closet area. We ended up not staying and luckily found another hotel quickly.
