The negatives: Well, initially, I had to change rooms 3 times due to the disgusting floors and the bathroom sink not draining. Then, I found that the room really wasn't clean. There were leftover particles everywhere. I also did not like that you could not even open a window to let some fresh air in. Also, the parking situation was horrible. They share a parking lot with the hotel next to them and it still isn't enough. The positives were: The front desk. The guys at the front desk were very nice. Some of the most helpful and courteous front desk that I have ever dealt with. When I initially wanted to switch rooms they were extremely accomodating. Also, the rooms are quiet. The beds are nice. But again, for the amount I paid, I would have expected the rooms to be spotless and clean and they were not. I have stayed at lesser hotels that were cleaner than this.

Everything was really great. The pool could’ve been maybe heated. But kids don’t really care.

The bed was great. Location was great too. The mini fridge smelled like death & made the room smell when went to use it. It never worked so we just didn't use it. Glad it was only one night. The rug was old & worn out. & most importantly it cost too much we were dissatisfied & disappointed.

Two days in a row no paper towels in men’s bathroom in the lobby

How clean it was ... No remote for the TV untill almost check out and room phone cord never got fixed so I could not call the front office for anything..

Breakfast was good, great coffee, and comfy beds and clean rooms!! Small gang disagreement in orange apartments behind parking lot that got physical and made the little ones very nervous and a little scared

The beds where very cozy. Either that or we were exhausted from our day . A little of both. Kind of pricey for one night and mid week.

Comfy pillows and beds Not as described in posting. No kettle, coffee maker, basic utensils in the room as what was posted. Pool was not heated. Breakfast was not very good as described.
