Staff was great however it would have been helpful if the carts to help with luggage were fixed and available for usage.

Friendly and helpful staff. Cleaner bathroom. Long black hair in shower & bathroom floor that was not ours.

The entrance looks nice and the lobby looks good The hallways lights are darker, is nice to save energy but should be at least every few lights on and go on

Everything! Everything was good. There was nothing, I didn't like.

I did not like that it was not communicated that there would be a $15 parking charge.

The room was spacious and clean. It even has a tiny veranda. The front desk was quite rude.

One of the rooms we booked had less than half a toilet roll when we arrived on the first day. We expected it to be replaced the next day , but the cleaning staff didn’t come to our rooms at all the next day, so we ran out of toilet paper and had to go down to the front desk to ask for some.

The hotel was very clean but the staff was not helpful at all in fact they were very rude. I was not given the room that I booked and I was charged for parking even though I didn't have a car.

Everybody seems really nice and everybody seems like they want to help you The fact that I have to leave. I feel so comfortable here. Everybody don't wanna leave lol.

Good breakfast, spacious room with comfortable beds, convenient location. Noise from the train was pretty bad at night. Floors/carpet looked dirty and in need of updating.

The location was good and it was fairly quiet. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff and facilities were quick to respond to any issues that came up. They were nice people too. I got to use the train as a means of public transportation too. N/A

Good value for money. Clean and fairly fresh rooms. Excellent breakfast with a fun pancake machine that impressed the kids. Friendly and welcoming staff. No major issues noted.
