Hyatt Place San Jose Airport

Remember: they charge for parking, even if you’re staying there. Which is crazy to me!!! but otherwise a good stay 7.5/10

Great place to stay. Michael, the check in person/bartender is amazing and very friendly. I enjoyed his drink that I have asked for on repeated visits. Definitely a place/hotel that I will continue to stay at since it has a convenient location, friendly and attentive stuff, good breakfast options along with a pool and areas outside to sit and enjoy the view.

Next, we did not ask for an ADA room, yet we got one. The bathtub did not have a non-slip mat (was very dangerous) and the shower head barely covered my 5'1" height! With all the 'tourist' and other unexpected fees, we will NOT be staying with Hyatt again!

The room was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed the food specially the breakfast

Manager was very helpful to let us stay extra time while we get it repaired. I would like to suggest the hotel to hire security to patrol its property for the safety of their customers.

The check in clerk (I wish I remembered her name) really was amazing and helpful to me and my family after we had a very hectic flight back to SJC. She got us into our room right away and helped us to have a calming close to a busy day. Our room was neat and clean. We would definitely reccomend to friends and stay there again.

No rooms ready at 4:00, had to come back. Pool is NOT heated and slim picking on the breakfast items. Decent place but poor management.

Air conditioning gone bad

The staff was excellent! They answered all my questions and helped us get to where we needed. I appreciated the hotel shuttle to airport and the comfortable bed too! Thank you!

Room was very clean, and spacious. The desk agent, and the bartender lady, were very nice! Location is great, with only a short walk to Dennys, or gas station. The shuttle driver was also very nice.

Bed staff .. I ask for toilet paper and they said we don’t have it .. I was like wow ..no toilet paper in this kind of hotel ..? Staff was so rude .

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and it is very clean and has a great variety of breakfast options. The bed was VERY comfortable. We will definitely be coming back.
