We loved our room! Hotel staff was very helpful. We will stay here again.

It’s a beautiful property, however, not worth the $$ if you are simply staying to catch a quick nights sleep before an early morning flight. We didn’t have time to use any amenities but they looked very nice. Note that it’s $25/night to park which I must have missed when I booked. So we paid a premium for a space we only had time to sleep in.

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean and comfy.

A nice, quiet, clean hotel and room close to the SJC airport. Our sons especially enjoyed the pool, and they have a nice, clean fitness gym that no-one else was using (at 5am in the morning). The breakfast was also great, with plenty of fresh, healthy food, fruits, and an assortment of other options. The staff were a little odd (believe a gentleman was wearing eye shadow), but we otherwise can’t complain. Thank you for the nice stay,

They used to make custom omelets over there, while you wait. Choose your veggies and meats, a cook made you an omelet. At Hyatt Place, there is a bowl of yellow mush being passed off as edible, that you know was reheated from a plastic bag, not grilled. Nuked scrambled eggs are a boundary I will not tolerate at any hotel, neither should you. The breakfast was a joke. It's even more upsetting that people sit and hork this stuff down as if it has any nutrients whatsoever. Nice hotel, spacious clean rooms, but if you have normal standards for breakfast, you will be disappointed. High standards? Don't book here.

Friendly helpful staff who arranged a room change for us without hesitation. The restaurant for dinner was small and the food and drink choices were very limited on our 1 visit. Ordered an 8 inch pizza which turned out to be 12 inches and much too big for 1 person in my opinion.

the water is so weak. I don't like the toilet paper.

There was also a birthday party that monopolized a majority of the space at the pool; it did not seem that people were guests. They were nice folks, but I’m not sure if I would recommend the hotel for the pool because of this.
