Excellent breakfast provided each morning with room stay. Free shuttle to and from the Airport was very convenient and timely.

The room is clean but the sound insulation is so bad. I got waked up at 3:30 am by the alarm clock from the person in the room next to me. I called at 2 pm ish for 10 times trying to get the shuttle scheduled, but nobody ever answered my call.

Accidentally left a very expensive scarf in our room, Called immediately before catching our flight. Staff assured us the item left would be held by housekeeping until we returned. That the scarf would be held for 30-days. Upon return the staff could not retrieve the scarf and then claimed the hotel had no policy to hold lost items. Came across as a scam.
