Everytime, from staff to clean rooms. I got switched to diferentes room but every thing good

Room smelled, staff was nice when checked in but when checking out staff at front desk was rude and yanked keys out of my hand and threw on the counter. There was roaches in the hallway we asked for a cleaner room with no smell and denied due to that they were booked up will never stay there again

The pool room and pool were both fairly small. The room was also very warm and had a strong chlorine smell, which made the enclosed space feel somewhat claustrophobic. Our room had a standing shower instead of a bathtub. Since we were traveling with two young children, a tub would have been much more convenient. The mini-fridge was also awkward to use because the cabinet above it blocked the top of the refrigerator door, preventing it from opening properly. The room doors were extremely loud. We could hear whenever guests in the rooms near us opened or closed their doors, so it was very noticeable whenever people came and went. The noise woke me up several times. The walls on the fifth floor also did not seem well soundproofed, as I could hear people talking in the hallway or nearby rooms, even as early as 4:00 or 5:00 a.m. I was disappointed to find a white hair in the bedsheets, which raised some concerns about cleanliness. However, the room and common areas did not have any old, musty, or unpleasant odors. On the positive side, we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, and parking was free during our stay. Overall, it was a great price for two nights, especially with breakfast and parking included.

Location My wife and I stayed here before and the room back than was great. This stay, the walls had water damage which made it smell a little bad. When it came to us getting to the hotel each night, the TV wouldn't work properly. It would keep going dark or staticky. They had sent a maintenance guy to check it. He did check it but it still didnt get fixed. The room door was loose so whenever someone would walk by or open or close a door, my room door would shake hard and wake us up. If I was staying longer I would've left the hotel and gotten a new one. I dont like coming back home restless from lack of sleep when I kept been waking up.

We were there just to rest and shower. Most of the time, we were out and about. Room was comfortable but can use a little remodeling. It was a little outdated. The bathroom sink was very questionable and very awkward. Someone with big hands will not be able to wash their hands properly. Staff was very nice and helpful. There were a couple of guests who came in from what I’m assuming was a party, because they were very loud and obnoxious coming out of the elevators. Other than that, our stay was pretty comfortable.

Free Breakfast was awesome. Loved the staff. Located right next to the train. It cost over $100 more than I was quoted for the room (including taxes & deposit). Sink leaked all over the counter

Excellent value and great accommodations. Friendly staff. Breakfast was fresh and delicious tasty. Only bummer was the ppl, tho heated was too cool for me to enjoy swimming in.

Considering the breakfast issue, I am very surprised and happy with how clean the hotel was. The floors were not dirty or sticky, the ice area was clean, the front entrance nice and neat. The room was very clean and the air conditioner works good. I like that they had full size hand soap and lotion containers as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They were not the travel size and I've never seen that. The bed was comfortable the pool was nice. I like that I could park where I could see the car. Most of my rating comes from the breakfast and wifi access. The website said the breakfast had bacon, muffins and a whole lot more. They said they were known for their waffles, but didn't say that you had to make them yourself. There was no bacon, the eggs were not good, the apples & oranges were a little soft/mushy and had little bugs flying around. The juices and the milk for the cereal had little flies crawling on it as well. The bread was stale. It was very disappointing when looking forward to a great breakfast when especially when its most likely your only meal of that day. The website said wifi "included" but it didn't say you had to sign up for spam emails to get the wifi, so I got no work done. The staff was not so great. They also looked a little angry or annoyed all the time. It was a off putting. Only one staff member smiled and greeted us in when we arrived and only one staff member said thank you goodbye when we were leaving. Most likely won't be my first pick when coming out here again. Just a side note, I don't like being called by my last name, however, it looks like you all put my last name as my first and my first as my last. Didn't like that.
