Hampton Inn & Suites San Jose Airport

It was on good location and it has good breakfast There were ants and hair on the bathroom.

One of the elevators didn’t work after the first night (we stayed 4 nights). This was quite incredible as we were on the fifth floor. Also, the faucet is too close to the sink edge so the bathroom counter was always wet.

Thank you for a better breakfast option than most other hotel that I’ve stayed at. I would like it that a sign be put out stating that 15 minutes prior to the end of the breakfast hour that the breakfast will not be replenished instead of having your guest wait around thinking more food is going to be brought out. Maybe upon check in it could be mentioned or having a breakfast station agent keep an eye on things a bit better. I also experienced the coffee stations in the lobby and breakfast station both being empty at the same time on both days of my stay. Again a small detail but an important follow up for your guest. Attention to the lack of parking.unfortunately there were a couple of nights that drove around for ten minutes trying to find parking and was forced to luckily find parking in the red zone in front of the hotel pool and gym area. After a long day and evening of work it was a little frustrating. No parking attendant and I was informed by a heavy set, balding white male with, graying facial hair who I believe , may have been the overnight night auditor “ that if everyone else was doing it, it was obviously fine to park there”. Not sure being made to feel stupid, is part of a good a guest experience when your not informed that this is the normal way things are done at this establishment or parking in the a red zone,is safe to do.

The only thing I didn’t like was how thin the walls were. I could literally hear everything my neighbor was doing. I didn’t like it although it was just the tv and him talking on the phone. I didn’t want to hear his conversation, or his soda can opening. That’s how bad it was that I could hear even the smallest of sounds. I was unable to sleep although I was trying to sleep earlier in the evening. It was frustrating, because I travel for work. I was tired, and just wanted to catch up on my sleep. However, I was unsuccessful due to the sounds that kept me awake. Other than that breakfast was good, and coffee was delicious. On point… It was strong enough to get me through my busy work day. Room was clean and spacious. Overall I would book again.

Breakfast was fine waffle maker was good except one was broken. The only thing I can complain about is the people next door was loud going in and out all night laughing. Also smoking something too I can smell. I didn't get enough rest. Walls was thin can hear everything. Pillow was flat so not comfortable at school.

Bath room was not draining well Even though we complained nothing was done to fix it Dont get iy how Hampton inn is in poor conditikn

The Hampton Inn always seems consistent in their good quality and atmosphere. I didn’t dislike anything about it.

Very clean and spacious room. Friendly late evening staff.

Everything great. I would say the only issue was the bathroom sink faucet was installed in the wrong place. Since it’s in the the corner of sink all the sink top gets wet

The hotel was a great location for the SAP center. We’d definitely book here again.

Our room was spectacular! I like that they allow animals. Just clean hotel spacious rooms. We had a great experience

I've stayed at many Hampton Inns. By far, this was the worst. Out dated old furniture to poor upkeep of the property. What Hampton is known for is their hot breakfast. Not only it wasn't hot, it was horrible from frozen white egg omelets to broken waffle maker to horrible French toast sticks to watered down orange juice, sorry selection of old fruit to hard boiled eggs that you couldn't peel the shell off to just a poor selection of food. This is the majority of the issues with what our party had. We had a couple of bites and ended up at Dennys. I asked why their was no potatoes and she said because that was on Saturday. I will never stay their again. I want my money back!!!
