I really enjoy staying at this hotel; this is my second visit, and I booked a total of four rooms for my family. I like it here because there is plenty of convenient, free parking. The rooms are clean, the staff are cheerful, friendly, and always ready to help. Best of all, the hotel is very close to shopping, dining areas, as well as freeways.

Great hotel for a nice price. Would definitely stay again.
-
I will never stay at one of their hotels again.
-
No complimentary of water bottles daily except when checking in, no slippers, no tea bags. The hotel is overpriced in terms of room rates
-
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the rooms, which were spotlessly clean, spacious, and featured excellent beds. The hotel was ideal for my conference at the Santa Clara Convention Center, offering a wonderful stay with great beds and excellent transport links via BART and VTA. The breakfast service details were unclear, so we ended up not having breakfast at the hotel.
-
Main lobby was easy to meet and talk with co-workers or clients, lots of seating. Breakfast price seemed high
-
Clean, modern and reasonably priced. Many onsite and nearby amenities. Appreciated the free parking.
-
It's right next to the Bart rails so it gets loud whenever there's a train. You get what you pay for.
-
This hotel is next to the freeway, noisy all day long. I was awake the whole night and couldn’t fall asleep, very bad experience.

Very pleasant stay. Kristen the front desk lady really was the cherry on top. So welcoming & helpful. She’s a big asset to this hotel and the reason why I’ll visit this location again.
