I stayed on 3rd floor there were alot of unattended kids which resulted in one of them kicking on my door that caused it to open .Didn't like feeling unsafe

Room looked like a crime scene. Red mysterious stains on the carpet, walls, and furniture. Mold all throothe bathroom. They will not give refunds. so if you book here better get cancellation protection plan

The pool was nasty and smelled like pee. The staff was rude; they didn't have any towels, and the covers were nasty, like they weren't washed.

They have the best hotel beds I have experienced in years. Very good breakfast with real bacon! Our only complaint is that the pool is murky dirty so we didn’t use it.

Staff was friendly and loved the snacks and drinks available 24/7!

The mattress had a slope like a heavy person had slept on one side. Otherwise all rest was decent

I have stayed at this property several times and been pleased enough to return each time. This time I was very disappointed. It was after check-in time and the rooms were not ready for occupancy. After an extra 40 minutes of waiting, we were put in a a handicapped accessible room. Two light’s were burned out, and the mattress was so soft, it was almost impossible to sleep. The morning breakfast was dried out, and overall, poorly supervised. We will not be staying at the hotel again.

Staff is great, hotel is clean. Very accommodating, indoor pool is always clean. Laundry equipment works great, and the cleanup staff goes above and beyond. If you need a great hotel to stay at while you’re in Milwaukee, look no further this is the one.

Staff were somewhat helpful but we had to wait an hour after our check-in time.

Rooms were… ok… bathroom… tub either needed caulking cleaned or replaced, A lot of dark areas on the caulk. I would not feel comfortable showering, just didn’t have a clean feel. Pool was fine, but the pool area had some weird stuff on the ground…. no clue what it was, kinda looked like fish parts. Coffee station was lacking in supplies, very few sugars and creamers present. Like I said, one night was fine, but would not recommend for an extended stay.

Airconditioner did not work. Some lights in the room didn't work. Breakfast was fair

We arrived and the property looks nothing like the pictures and is located in an area that does not seem safe. We checked in and they said it would be another $100 - after I questioned it they told me they didn’t charge me for it (I’ve come to find out that is false.) We get to our floor and the smell of weed is over powering, once we enter our room and shut the door we find what seems to be dried blood on the wall and red stains on the floor below. We left and did not stay.

Our stay was good. It was in an area where we felt safe. Close to restaurants in Butler. Room was clean and price was good.

We arrived after 3pm and our rooms were not ready yet, so we had to wait. The shades in our room were not room darkening and woke us up very early. There was a used Q-tip on the floor in our bathroom that looked like it had been there for a while. The breakfast buffet was a bit of a let down, a bit more variety would have been nice. Overall if other places in the area were sold out, we would stay as a last resort, but it’s not likely we will chose it again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was disgusting. Sheets were dirty, floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed, the hotel smelled musty, the bathroom / shower looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned.
