Comfort Suites Milwaukee West

We arrived and the property looks nothing like the pictures and is located in an area that does not seem safe. We checked in and they said it would be another $100 - after I questioned it they told me they didn’t charge me for it (I’ve come to find out that is false.) We get to our floor and the smell of weed is over powering, once we enter our room and shut the door we find what seems to be dried blood on the wall and red stains on the floor below. We left and did not stay.

Nice staffs

Our stay was good. It was in an area where we felt safe. Close to restaurants in Butler. Room was clean and price was good.

Friendly staff Wasn't clean. Had a weird smell in all the hallways and doorway. Like a rotting food smell. Also- Found alot of goldfish crackers behind the couch, but we didn't bring any goldfish crackers!

The location was close for the event that the guest had to attend. The client for whom the room was booked complained of the smoke smell, dirty carpet and bugs

We arrived after 3pm and our rooms were not ready yet, so we had to wait. The shades in our room were not room darkening and woke us up very early. There was a used Q-tip on the floor in our bathroom that looked like it had been there for a while. The breakfast buffet was a bit of a let down, a bit more variety would have been nice. Overall if other places in the area were sold out, we would stay as a last resort, but it’s not likely we will chose it again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was disgusting. Sheets were dirty, floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed, the hotel smelled musty, the bathroom / shower looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned.

The staff are very understanding and helpful. They are very nice. Loud guest otherwise everything is ok.

Stains on bed sheets and on carpet. Smelled like weed in the hallway. Mold on shower curtain.

Thought the breakfast was good.

The rooms were big The rooms were barely considered clean, the AC didn’t work in our first room. The fridge barely worked due to being iced up.

Overall stay was fine. Outside of building needs attention. Know it’s not where we stay but says something about the overall care!!

Clean room

The breakfast was really good. Our room smelled terribly of cigarette's. The bed sheet for the pullout couch had a yellow stain, the blanket had a hole and the bath towels had a stain on it as well.

Location and breakfast was great! Pillows and bed were very comfy. Plenty of parking. The room had a bit of stains on the sofa. Looked like red wine and on the bed cover had some footprints as well. In the washroom, there was no hair dryer.

Location Not clean, the breakfast bar was drity, It here was ant in my room that got in my food when I left it out on the desk for twenty minutes and I meant a lot of ants. Ant also in the bathroom on the sink and around the toilet floor is mean a lot. A paying customer should not have that experience. When I brought it the attention of. The management he said aoh well I camt do anything about that have a good day.

The room was definitely not worth how much I paid. If you have kids especially. The staff was SUPER rude and disrespectful and not helpful at all. Charged us for every single item. Charged us $100 because my child started her period and it got on the sheets. I just don’t understand how you treat someone like that. I’m fighting this and I definitely will NEVER ever recommend this hotel to anyone! They were against us colored people and you can definitely tell or they don’t like children. The pool was full of some type of substance to the point you could not see through the water. It burnt my kids skin. We left 10 minutes. Breakfast was okay but too many people and not enough food or sanitation. It smelled like dirty diapers or like someone took a poop in the entrance way. It smelled SO bad. WiFi sucked. The whole experience was horrible. I hated it!

Decent price. We have stayed here twice. The first time was alright. This last time there was lots of yelling and the whole place smelt like pot. Seems hit or miss overall.
