Norwood Inn & Suites Milwaukee

Lots of drug activity. Do not look under the sheets, you will be appalled. Don’t expect a clean bed or clean towels. We never saw a single cleaning person like normal hotels. We ended up reporting them to the city of Milwaukee. This is absolutely the worst hotel experience ever. Avoid at all costs!!!

Don't stay at this place. The hall carpets the one in the room looked like they haven't been cleaned in years. The treadmill in the fitness room never worked. While there was the traditional, cheap coffee maker in the room, there were no packets to use for it - nor did the front desk have any when I asked for them. The shower handle/knob had to be pulled on with a real force (like it had been rusted in place). I'd picked this place because it was close to several people and places that I needed to visit in the city. Never again!

Room was clean

Because of the overall dirty condition of the room, was filled with anxiety over what might have been in the bed.

Very terrible very dirty smelled like stall smoke room and hallways. Couldn't shower water would not come on. Carpets filthy room and hallways. Pictures very deceiving.all trash cans in and out was full.

It smell like ass I. The rooms

Absolutely disgusting. Worst experience I have ever had. Scary, dirty and all the rooms smell really bad. Sheets, and towels are all dirty. The rooms are dirty. And, breakfast included is a piece of bread. Do not stay here unless you want to be scared and not sleep at all.

Walked into my room to roaches and nasty dirt everywhere. Turned on the shower and roaches scurried all through the tub. I checked out and got a refund.

Dirty floors and carpets, no free breakfast as advertised, one laundry for entire complex, many overflowing garbage receptacles, dope dealers in parking lot

No towels available asked for tissue several times excuse for the towels was unnecessary eventually ended up just going to buy towels

Very disappointing stay. The bedsheets and bathroom were unclean, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the Wi-Fi was unavailable despite being requested. The TV and telephone did not work, there was no food service, and the parking area was dirty. Seeing a sign that the hotel was not responsible for lost items in the parking lot was also concerning. Overall, our stay felt more like survival than comfort. We hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

The exterior siding was dirty and pieces of siding was missing.

Not clean.

The room was dirty, there was damage like the door was pried open with a crowbar, continental breakfast was some cereal and a loaf of bread, wifi was extremely slow, and there was a general bad smell in the hallways. The staff wasn't bad but I don't want to give the impression that this is a nice place to stay. Recommendation to avoid.

Everything horrible .

We felt pretty unsafe on the property. The hotel reeked of weed. We thought there was a breakfast and there was nothing besides coffee. The bathtub was dirty to the point we did not take showers. There was a working tv, microwave and frig. The beds were decent.

Thank you expedia... can I book now for 1 to 2 more nights while I'm online now with you.

Bed were hard as rocks. The shower didn't work. The desk almost collapsed while my son was eating. The window fell out and damn near hit my son in the head. When I told the front desk they just looked at me like I was insane

sheets were damp and stunk bad! Tv did not work. No garbage can in the room. I requested a new room and the staff refused to relocate us even after we showed them everything wrong. I couldn’t sleep because of the smell and had to leave in the middle of the night. DO NOT STAY HERE!
