Norwood Inn & Suites Milwaukee

The staff was okay the room floor didn't seem to be cleaned. The elevator floor was dirty and sticky the whole time there. The freezer for the room we were in had split beer. And the whole place smelled of smoke.

I would never go back. The carpeting in the hallway and room was dirty. Towels were old. Bedspread had cigarette burns. Odor in the elevator. People congregating in the parking lots

There were roaches in the room people lots of people hanging in parking lot gelt very unsafe me and my chose to stay elsewhere

The hallways stink! Rooms are outdated, poor service

Do not stay here! Seriously, it's dangerous. I walked in and the guy behind the counter was on the phone with the police telling them that the guy on my side of the counter was threatening to hurt him. No joke, this place is sketchy. I turned around and walked out.

The state of the room was horrible!!! There were even cockroaches that were under the baseboards. I’ll never come back.

Got there around midnight and my room was already canceled and no more openings. Outside the hotel was like a block party. Not a family hotel at all for sure.

Saw a roach in my room. Coffee pot without the pot. 2 people having a loud verbal argument in the lobby at check out had me scared that it would get physical.

No breakfast that is worth while

Address on expedia is not correct! The first room smacked us with a strong urine smell upon entering. Carpet was so dark and dirty even my shoes were getting sticky. Switched to a new room. This one every time the ac kicked in, it was like somebody blowing out cigarette smokes at us. Bedding had many stains of the unknown and of course human hair as well. Carpet was a bit better but still dark and stained so we kept out shoes and socks on the entire time. The tub. The tub was so disgusting that we skipped out on showering that night. F that. We were only staying for 1 night thankfully.

The room wasn't clean and the whole hotel smelled really

Place is super dirty , it has trash in the hallways left from assuming housekeeping . When checked in there was no towel in my room when I asked for some I was told I have to wait til the next morning at 9am . My keycard stopped working twice , just nasty gives run down motel 6 vibes . This place is ghetto and trashy . Not suitable for kids or more than one night very last minute thing .

Lots of drug activity. Do not look under the sheets, you will be appalled. Don’t expect a clean bed or clean towels. We never saw a single cleaning person like normal hotels. We ended up reporting them to the city of Milwaukee. This is absolutely the worst hotel experience ever. Avoid at all costs!!!

Don't stay at this place. The hall carpets the one in the room looked like they haven't been cleaned in years. The treadmill in the fitness room never worked. While there was the traditional, cheap coffee maker in the room, there were no packets to use for it - nor did the front desk have any when I asked for them. The shower handle/knob had to be pulled on with a real force (like it had been rusted in place). I'd picked this place because it was close to several people and places that I needed to visit in the city. Never again!
