Hampton Inn by Hilton Milwaukee Northwest

Don’t stay here if you care about cleanliness. It’s disgusting. Things falling off walls like shower curtain rods, lotion, the security guard on the door etc. The floors are sticky, the furniture is sticky. The areas in the lobby were also disgusting. This absolutely should not be a Hampton Inn, I have always thought of them as middle of the road for hotels. This was like a motel 6. And the neighborhood is not safe, we were told cars get broke into nightly in the parking lot. The front desk staff were nice.

The breakfast was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. The chocolate donuts were like eating styrofoam. The juice was very watered down. Don’t stay at this hotel.

Deposit was more than most hotels. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

Better tvs and refrigerators

Breakfast was pretty good ? More coffee ☕ packets cream and sugar in the rooms.

I liked the pool. The breakfast and the room I would rate it overall a 9.4 out of 10 I didn't like the way one of the front desk associates addressed themselves towards me or my wife.... Besides that everyone else was friendly and outstanding! I won't mention their name on here for obvious reasons...

The person who checked me in was rude.

Tv and internet issues all day and night. Ceiling above shower paper is peeling off and hanging down. Very disappointed with the number of people visiting .Elevators sound like it is going to fall apart and isn't working properly. 9th floor but it took me to the 7th then the 6th

Front desk staff were amazing. Breafast was average but satisfying

The staff especially Dhruvil, Charrise, and Kevin are absolutely AMAZING!!! I stayed for 4 days and they were always checking to see how our stay was going, gave us ideas for activities and dining options in the area. The breakfast was fantastic. It's a very clean property too. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again!!! Once again shout out to the BEST staff!

It went well. No real issues.

The property looked to be in a sketchy neighborhood but we checked in, saw the room and decided not to stay.

On a positive note, the staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately the facility is not being maintained very well. Our bathroom floor was dirty and I assume the carpets were too. Our toilet is out of date (very low to the floor) and did not flush well. Refrigerator in room did not work. Electric receptacles in room are worn out and need replacing. Musty/perfume smell everywhere. The patio area outside of the pool should be maintained better. This hotel is fine if you have low expectations.

The first day of check-in i received a couple of welcoming text messages. The next day or so we needed clean towels and housekeeping in the room; Although, housekeeping never entered the room the entire time we were there and was told the towels would be waiting for us at the front desk when we get back. The last night we stayed,we asked fir an extra pillow at the front desk and was told he'll see what he could do. Never received it!

So 1st off I was not informed that I would be charges a $250 deposit per room upon arrival. Fortunately, I was able to pay that without notification but not everyone can do that. Then when I got to the rooms, one of them did not have any pillow cases on the bed so I had to go back down and get some. The beds are terrible. Probably one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. They are lumpy and extremely hard. The wall on our room was damaged and looked like it had been patched but was not painted. The sliding barn door to the bathroom would not stay closed and there is no way to lock them. Breakfast was pretty standard but they were definitely slow to replenish things and there was not enough seating to accommodate the number of people any day that we went. Definitely won't be staying there again.
