The first day of check-in i received a couple of welcoming text messages. The next day or so we needed clean towels and housekeeping in the room; Although, housekeeping never entered the room the entire time we were there and was told the towels would be waiting for us at the front desk when we get back. The last night we stayed,we asked fir an extra pillow at the front desk and was told he'll see what he could do. Never received it!

So 1st off I was not informed that I would be charges a $250 deposit per room upon arrival. Fortunately, I was able to pay that without notification but not everyone can do that. Then when I got to the rooms, one of them did not have any pillow cases on the bed so I had to go back down and get some. The beds are terrible. Probably one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. They are lumpy and extremely hard. The wall on our room was damaged and looked like it had been patched but was not painted. The sliding barn door to the bathroom would not stay closed and there is no way to lock them. Breakfast was pretty standard but they were definitely slow to replenish things and there was not enough seating to accommodate the number of people any day that we went. Definitely won't be staying there again.

Everything was very nice

The room looked out to a rocked roof and a cement wall. The toilet wouldn't flush anything down. While we were gone they "fixed" the toilet which then ran constantly at high volume (and noise level). There were ants crossing the bathroom floor (we were on the second floor). We requested a room change but they said no, but to check back the following day. I asked if I could transfer to another Hampton Inn and they said, "Yes, if I want to pay for another room." Never have I had so many unresolved issues at a Hampton Inn.

The location was convenient. The carpet in our room was filthy! There are stains on the bed, wall, ceiling., & carpet. The bathroom door was broken and there is no way to lock it for privacy. There were ants all along the baseboard under the desk. The condition of our room really suprised me with it being a Hampton! We won't stay again.

Breakfast was FANTASTIC!...the lady that made the smothered potatoes was nice & food was GREAT..both days!!!!!

The hotel is run down and the staff has a bad attitude most of the time. Not everyone but most of them do.

Staff wa friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Highly recommend

Chain that pulled window shade open and closed was broken...and broken in the adjoining room. No one there to fix it...had to pull down by hand and it could not go back up. Ice bucket had a big hole in the bottom which was unnoticed until it leaked and soaked the tissue box. Reported these issues but nothing was done... housekeeping MIA. I've stayed at a lot of Hampton Inn and this one is at the bottom of the list.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The room and property were very clean. The breakfast was very good and there was a variety of options to choose from.

It was a nice place to stay for the price with a good breakfast. A/C didn’t work the best.

I liked that Angel texted me asking me if everything was okay. The breakfast on both days was excellent. This isn't the hotels fault, but, the construction that was on the highway right outside our room was very loud and started right at 7am. It was like the window to our room was open. If I would known I would have asked for a room on the other side of the building. Being completely booked I didn't bother. So if you like noise then you're OK, if not get a room on the other side.

Room was good. Breakfast wasn' anything to brag about.

The pool and hot tub area was clean but the hot tub bubbling mechanism was not working. We had a mechanical problem with our toilet - the tank was not holding water and could not flush. I was told several times (the night it occurred, the morning before we left for the day, & the evening we returned) that it would be fixed but no one ever came. So I fixed it myself! Also, on our second day, a family of two women and five very young children had moved in directly across the hall. The children were constantly screaming and the mothers had placed piles of trash and soiled bedding in the hall. Which was there for two days! When I asked to be moved, I was offered the room right next door to them!?! Note, the hotel was far from full. Side note, that same loud family was allowed to hang out in the dining area during breakfast. They had made a terrible mess with food and were fixing (combing etc) the children’s hair while they were sitting on the tables. Very unappetizing

I'm a frequent flyer at this hotel it's centrally located to all the place I like.

The property is quite in bad shape for the price and for being under Hilton umbrella, very filthy, and needs a total renovation, carpet was sticky, and furniture worn out
-
Too many kids running around and parents not controlling them.
