The rooms were clean and friendly staff, the property itself was convenient and clean

Location, everything about the place was exceptional. The staff were superb, visible and very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was outstanding! We will stay here again next time we visit.

First of all, you must know this is located next to a strip club, which is something that doesn't show up in Google Maps. Second, there were people walking and smoking around the property the whole time, which didn't make us feel safe. Third, the room we got had a sliding barn door for the bathroom, which is super odd and doesn't offer you any privacy. Fourth, said door had something splashed in it that you could only see from the inside of the bathroom - disgusting. Fifth, we found a cockroach in the bathtub. We decided not to stay there for the remaining day I had made a reservation for, the person at the front office said they were sorry but I had to contact Expedia to get a refund, and then Expedia couldn't even give me a refund for the 2nd night because "they couldn't contact the property and obtain approval for a waiver". What a joke. Last time I'm using Expedia to make reservations, they're not for the custumer.

The breakfast has a ton of options probably the most I've ever had. It was very good.

Issue with water on floor, toilet not flushing but staffed moved us to another room right away - no issues afterwards Beds and pillows too soft (me just being picky) and room temp too warm

When booking this hotel it listed hottub on site, we specifically filter hotels with hot tubs and book there but sometime between booking and staying the hottub went out of order so that was disappointing. The rooms were okay for a night but not very well cleaned. There was wood shaving one the floor of one of our rooms and the bathroom floors were dirty. Some of the breakfast was okay, the pastries were incredibly stale and old.

The parking was good, the breakfast was ok, no fruits or vegetables, except for apples. It’s located next to the highway and there was a lot of traffic noise.

The property itself was well kept and clean but our room could have been cleaner. Breakfast was very good and staff was excellent!

The sliding door for the bathroom was in rough shape and didn’t offer much privacy as a closing door would. The worst part was they mowed the lawn at 7 am on Saturday right outside our window waking everyone up in all of our rooms. I might be able to understand if it was an area that mattered for curb appeal but it wasn’t, it was a back area that one one sees except the rooms on that side so it could have waited until a more appropriate hour… especially when we were told the hotel was sold out so everyone on that side got a rude awakening.

Our room was way smaller than expected, Our room had odor!! Our bed matress was VERY hard, pillow had no fluff or any kind of firmness to them. Breakfastt was average. We had a 2 night stay. we found out about a $250 deposit which would be released after checkout! We prepaid, our fault. Wish we would not paid for two nights. We would have gone somewhere else. I still have body ache. Do your reviews before reserving.

Don’t stay here if you care about cleanliness. It’s disgusting. Things falling off walls like shower curtain rods, lotion, the security guard on the door etc. The floors are sticky, the furniture is sticky. The areas in the lobby were also disgusting. This absolutely should not be a Hampton Inn, I have always thought of them as middle of the road for hotels. This was like a motel 6. And the neighborhood is not safe, we were told cars get broke into nightly in the parking lot. The front desk staff were nice.
