Room was very clean, courtious and helpful staff. Close to everything youbwould want to visit. We would definitivamente come back!

Front desk staff were excellent, answering questions and pointing out amenities. Happy hour was a treat with good food and drinks. Hot breakfast was delicious. Our room had a ceiling light that didn't work making it hard to see in closet. Bathroom sink was stopped up and slow to drain. I reported this to the front dessk. 24 hours later no repair so I reported it again. Sink was fixed after 48 hours.

The property is clean, a bit tired. I really wish hotels would just at least put up a hook for a hand towel near the sink....for the love of god, there's plenty of space. Why does my hand towel need to live on the vanity? Plus, the hook on the back of the door did not hold the bath towel, or anything else....sliding mirror doors to closet didn't work either.

It was really crowded so the food and food service was slow and some breakfast food was cold. But over all, good.

Crowded making the great happy hour and breakfast slow/cold. But everyone helpful and kind. Nice place.

The property is in a great location - lots of things to see within walking distance. My king room on the top floor was tiny and the view was... well - a brick wall, so the room was OK, but not great. The food was a very nice surprise. They had dinner time snacks from 5:30 - 7:00 with three free drinks. The 'snacks' were a real treat - pasta, sliced grilled chicken, salad, soup, vegetables, nachos, and hot dogs (with warm buns). It was actually a full meal. Breakfast was also free and delicious. Popcorn is served from 5:00 to 8:00 (I believe), and with all that popcorn being consumed, I saw very few kernels on the floors (staff does a great job keeping up with the hungry crowds). I'd say overall, it was a good place to stay - excellent if the room had been nicer.

This hotel has a great location near lots of attractions. But the room really is not comfy and we both slept like crap. The room had a “air quality alarm” that had a little lazer light that shines directly on the bed all night making it impossible to sleep well, it was also pretty loud on floor 3 where we were.

Stained upholstery and dated bathroom with stained grout.

Great stay. Will stay again.

Wow, what a great place to stay downtown. Came for a concert at the Pabst Theater (a couple of blocks away) and stayed an extra day to walk around the Riverwalk (very nice) and have a couple of good meals. The location is extremely convenient for exploring on foot. You can take the Green Line bus from the Airport to a bus stop about 50 feet from the hotel for $2.75. The property is very well maintained by an excellent and friendly staff (thanks again Glenn and all the employees working hard every day to keep the place spotless and lay out that great complimentary breakfast / afternoon snacks and drink service.) I look forward to staying here again the next time I visit Milwaukee.

We really enjoyed the location, the breakfast, and evening buffet and drinks.

The pillows aren’t the greatest and the shower water pressure leaves more to be desired but overall a good stay. Staff is friendly the food is kinda eh but it’s complementary breakfast and dinner not an upscale dinner. The rooms are very large and bathrooms are very large. Enjoyed our stay would come back
