Drury Plaza Hotel Milwaukee Downtown

Great downtown Milwaukee hotel only 3 blocks from shopping/dining in 3rd ward. Decent breakfast, a free drink each night and free dinner buffet. Only negative issue was a worn out mattress and lumpy pillows. First time we have had that experience (our 4th stay). Other than that: excellent value!

The hotel staff was excellent. The room was large, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I have had in any hotel and it came with the room! It’s a great place to stay in downtown Milwaukee!

Complimentary evening snacks and drinks were a pleasant surprise. Trip to the parking garage was a bit tedious but manageable.

The free breakfasts were delicious and the popcorn and drinks hit the spot! We really appreciated the staff who helped us find sightseeing opportunities and provided parking garage directions.

The parking accommodations were not the best.

Great hotel! Would definitely stay again.

Light food and 2 free drinks at dinner time was a nice touch .

It was a nice hotel and clean. The parking was extra, yet a flat fee and reasonable. Worth not trying to find a spot or searching street parking rules. Breakfast was decent, they also offered snacks in the evening. Staff was nice and accommodating. Would say it is a good place to book again.

Clean comfortable rooms. Hotel was close to a lot of restaurants and other things to do. 3 rd street market was great.

Room was exceptionally clean, all staff members encountered helpful and friendly.

Staff was friendly, room was nice. Amenities were as expected for breakfast, we didn’t use the bar. The hot tub was not warm but fine.

Great stay!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

short stay for a concert at the Rave, close to restaurants to walk to.

Free food and drinks

We always feel welcomed here. It is the perfect hotel when attending any of the great music venues in downtown Milwaukee. The snacks and breakfast are a bonus!

The small square pillows in the bedroom which apparently the hotel has used to replace regular pillows, are a bit uncomfortable. Please go back to regular pillow.

Everything was excellent. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Really nice pool and whirlpool. Good food.

We had a great stay. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

My only complaints are: 1. room on 11th floor had no view. 2.why would seniors be put on 11th floor? If an emergency (fire) they would have difficulty getting to the ground floor.
