Hotel Metro, Autograph Collection

The hotel was only a 1 mile walk from Summerfest, which was wonderful. We were allowed to check in 3 hours early, making our day even smoother. Valet was quick and simple. The staff was kind and the accommodations were impressive. Will return here for sure.

We stayed for a night and woke up with itchy bug bites and after checking our room and luggage found there were bed bugs. When I spoke with the desk agent she told me I would receive a refund for my stay however a week later I have yet to receive one

We like the TIKI Bar on the roof. The room was nice. The couch was was uncomfortable and basically useless to sit in. I left my polar fleece jacket in the closet. We checked out at 1100 am. I called the the front desk when we got home to report that I had left my jacket - about 500 pm. Front Desk transferred me to Housekeeping. I left a message. No one called me back. I called the next day and asked about my jacket. No answer. I called a 3rd time and ask to speak to a manager. Manager was not there, but was supposed to call me back. Guess what - no one called me back. So basically, housekeeping stoled my jacket and the front desk, manager, etc. didnt bother to call me back, offer an explanation, or offer some type of compensation. I will never stay at your hotel again

Plumbing problems. Staff responded fast with new room.

The room was incredible.

Staff was helpful Heat went out we had to be moved to a different floor and room next morning the heat and hot water stop working.

The room was well laid out and clean. Everything was extremely comfortable. The best part was the staff! From the front desk to the valets to the service in the breakfast room, everybody was incredibly nice and welcoming.

The heat control was broke and we needed to have the staff open windows to cool down the room.

The place was clean and rooms were nice and big. Check in time is listed wrong so we couldn’t check in until after 4.
