The Pfister Hotel

I loved the beautiful, historic common places and the artwork. The view from the pool and the restaurant are marvelous, and I liked that the pool opened at 6AM so I could take a relaxing morning swim. Front desk staff was very good. The concierge was very helpful and remembered my name when I spoke with her a second time. The Victorian afternoon tea was lovely. Classy place. I was traveling alone but it would be a perfect place for a romantic weekend or an event weekend. Also, not far from the River Walk, so a good place to stay for a fun weekend like for Octoberfest. I enjoyed watching the World Cup at several River Walk spots

Lovely hotel with such wonderful and inviting staff. Beautiful works of art line the walls. Room was clean, up to date and very comfortable. Feather pillows and duvet on a pillow top mattress! Blu was a nice stop for a nightcap and relax while watching the sun set over Lake Michigan.

Great time overall

This is possibly my favorite hotel I've ever stayed at. We had a number of things go slightly wrong (the TV needed to be fixed as well as our safe and toilet paper dispenser, housekeeping did not come his scheduled) but the staff was so delightful and they solved every problem with excellence. I would come back to Milwaukee exclusively to stay back at the Pfister.

Excellent stay, nice staff. Nice lounge on the 23rd floor with great drinks and amazing view. The bar lounge on the first floor was also amazing.

The staffs are very polite and helpful, the place and the room is very clean. Location is perfect. Check in and check out is smooth and organized. Theres a welcome drinks upon check in. When you request for towels or other stuff, even if it is midnight, they are quick to provide. The club lounge us all worth it.

The Pfister is the absolute best place to stay in Milwaukee…hands down. Top to bottom, it’s top of the class.

Property is absolutely beautiful! Staff were just great and so helpful. All the bars at the hotel were so much fun. Only thing that was a little off was that they only take a card or room charge no cash but it wasn’t that inconvenient, just a heads up for future travelers

The check in was a bit tedious that we had to do it twice. The club level was great for breakfast, but otherwise pretty meh. In room dining left a lot to be desired. My room didn’t come with a basic blow dryer. The best part was how nice & cold it got at night. Plus, it was very quiet.

Great location and really beautiful hotel and rooms.

The rooms were exceptional, the bed extremely comfy. And the staff were incredibly helpful. Unfortunately I was woken at 5am by a refrigerated truck outside delivery food (?), and then a garbage truck. Made it very difficult to sleep beyond 5am.

This is our favorite hotel and we have been to many!!!! Everything is perfection!
