Old World Gem Great Place to stay !
-
Loved the historic features and the warm welcome!
-
So very comfortable. The hotel has been well taken care of and is very clean. The pool area could use an update but the views are great and we still enjoyed using it.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Pfister Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, in a great location and the staff were so welcoming and helpful! The hotel bed was very comfortable and we loved all the amenities! I very much enjoyed swimming everyday in the pool too! We highly recommend staying here!

This hotel goes above and beyond making you feel welcomed. By far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Will definitely be coming back. Had an amazing dinner at Mason St., Grill. And great cocktails at Blu

An elevated level of quality and service. From breakfast at the cafe, Blu bar, lobby bar, check in and out- amazing. The only thing I can think of that could be improved were our waters were not replenished after day 1 in our room. (Minor, and we did not follow up and ask for any). Champagne at check in and waters for the road. We hadn’t stayed here in years and will be back sooner rather than later!

The lobby bar serves fantastic cocktails and seating is always inviting. Our spacious king suite was on the 2nd floor overlooking the lobby, and even though we could hear the festivities from inside our seating area, our bedroom was quiet enough for us to sleep well. Bed and pillows were unbelievably comfy. Hospitality is top notch. I rented a dress and had it shipped directly to the hotel; they brought it right up to our room. Room service is always delicious and has great variety. We reserved a table at Blu and enjoyed live jazz music, definitely worth it! We can’t wait to come back and celebrate here again next year!

Great building, great staff, the pool closes too early, parking is too expensive, and loud events go deep into the night.
-
Loved the afternoon tea, the view from the pool, the helpful concierge, beautiful lobby and artwork, and the proximity to the River Walk.

We had a great experience at the Pfister. The food at the cafe was delicious. The staff could not have been more helpful. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful historic hotel and will always be a jewel in Milwaukee. The rooms were well appointed common areas were beautiful. I especially liked the café in the hotel. The food is excellent and the staff could not be more gracious. I do not believe the people working at the reception area are customer service oriented enough for this beautiful and historic hotel.

We were forced to book and pay for those same nights again. Neither the hotel nor Expedia was willing to help, issue a refund, or apply our original payment to the replacement booking. As a result, we paid twice for the exact same two nights. I understand losing the first night because we arrived late, but cancelling the entire prepaid reservation and reselling nights that were already paid for is completely unreasonable. The lack of support from both Expedia and the hotel made an already stressful situation significantly worse. This experience has made me very hesitant to book through Expedia again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pfister! Every staff member we interacted with was both kind and helpful. We took advantage of the onsite amenities (highly recommend!), but also found that the hotel was within walking distance of other places we chose to visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Without reservation, one of the great American hotel experiences.
