Loved our stay! And want to go back!

I've travelled extensively over my 45 yr career & this is one of my top three favorite accommodations. Kinn Broadway has everything you want in a hotel and it's first class. Location, easy parking, secure, fabulous on site restaurant, well furnished and designed guest rooms, and I was pleasantly surprised by an extraordinary common area on every floor. There is a well-appointed kitchen, living area and conference room that is shared by guests. The thoughtfulness, care, and quality that was deployed in the design and build of this property is outstanding. The staff and management are consummate professionals and wonderful hosts. The Ritz and Four Seasons has a new & formidable competitor!

Room was amazing Price

Great design well put together

Enjoyed our stay! Parking is available at a covered garage across the street, and a nice restaurant is adjacent to the hotel for breakfast. Room was large and clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Had a business outing with multiple rooms. Great set up for multiple room gatherings and usage of the common areas. Staff and owner were immensely helpful and connect throughout the whole process as we had a number of people from out of town.

The hotel was great and we were very happy with the accommodations, but then we had an unexplained surcharge on our bill (we had two rooms and this charge was only on one of them). When we reached out to ask about the charge, the hotel was completely unresponsive. We did not eat/drink any items in the room, so don’t know what this charge is. Will not stay here again based on extra charges that are not explained. Disappointing because it is a nice hotel in a great location.

Super cute place with lots of fun amenities! Super nice Nespresso machine in the common area for coffee in the morning. Lots of milk options and a very well equipped kitchen. Room was fabulous. Big windows, soft pillows, comfy bed. Bathroom was really big and shower was nice size.

Loved our stay, highly recommend! The common kitchen and work area was super convenient.

I would definitely stay in that hotel again. I enjoyed it and it was very nice and romantic.

Great hotel! 😃 Staff is great, the hotel is gorgeous, & it is only 4 blocks from Summerfest. 😍❤️
-
So close to summerfest , about a 20 min walk. It was well appointed. A great mix between an Airbnb & hotel. Nice that you had to key in your passcode to get to your floor - great safety feature This is kind of picky but the hallways were very dark
-
Check in was very easy, keypads were very easy, kitchen amenities were very nice, location was great. Gym was small but functional. Staff was friendly and helpful both in person and by text.
-
It’s a great hotel, very conveniently located, and everyone was super helpful. Not the most intuitive check in process, but you just go to the managers office on the first floor and check in there. There’s no front desk or anything. I will definitely stay here again.

The room was nice. Very boutique hotel vibe, very nice and bed was very comfortable. Street doors locked at night and code to get to rooms in elevator was nice security touch. Very home feel in rooms. The restaurant was never open. Opened late in mornings after the business people have already left for day, only open at night on Friday and Saturday. Usually places that don't offer a place to eat will offer a way to get waters, sodas, snacks, something. The open places on the floor had coffee and that was it. Yogurt was in the refrigerator the first night, but then stock dwindled the rest of the week - on my 3rd morning, there was one yogurt and I took it and on my 4th morning, there was no yogurt. it is like it is only stocked up once a week. Just seemed odd with a place like this to not offer this type of service. And I didn't know that rooms would never be cleaned. I was there for 4 nights and room was never cleaned. That seemed odd as well. Could only find apps to watch TV, no menu to watch regular TV so could not find a way to watch the local news. No refrigerator in the rooms.

Nice easy check in and out. It was clean and staff were very helpful. Also had good WiFi

Amazing hotel. I will definitely be booking here anytime I come to Milwaukee. Very clean, spacious, and well decorated. Beautiful windows & high ceilings, great amenities. Would have liked to know the fridge is communal but it wasn’t a problem whatsoever. More breakfast options would be nice too for those with certain food restrictions. Overall wonderful stay
