Let me start by saying yes I know we were downtown BUT I have stayed in way larger cities downtown. I was very disappointed that nowhere did I find in the listing that the parking was offsite. I saw there was valet but nothing stated the parking was over a block away. When you have someone who is mobility challenged that is a difficult thing. The valet price and the parking ramp prices are ridiculous! Not even a voucher for a discount on the ramp if you park yourself. We will not be staying again.

Perfect stay

The Tru hotels by Hilton are a great chain...Low cost...basic rooms but have everything you need..Beds are comfy and they have lemon body wash conditioner and body lotion that make u feel like you have been to the spa after you shower. And breakfast is always good.If you have not stayed in one give one a try..You will not be disappointed Absolutely nothing

Could be kept up a little better. Somewhat slacking in the upkeep.

Staff was excellent and helpful

Friendly staff. Quiet, clean rooms. Conveniently located which made the walk to Riverside Theater very enjoyable.

The air conditioner was extremely loud.

Room was clean, plenty of towels for myself. There was a place to sit outside and relax. Inside there was a lounge area with a pool table. The only thing I was not totally happy about was the parking. But I didn’t do my research very well prior to booking.

Everything was great. Short walk to the third ward and Summerfest grounds which is why we stayed there. Clean room and common areas.

The place is ok big room but look like it’s unfinished. The price is way too high

Good location, pretty clean. Parking situation was terrible. Paid over $40 for parking. Reception was not helpful.

We had two rooms for two nights. Room sizes were very different. Beds were very stiff and uncomfortable. Pillows were not supportive. Location was noisy due to street noise. Location is great but there is no hotel parking. We had to find a street parking
