New Sound proofing of room need to improve

The only issue I had with this hotel is the parking situation. They only offer valet parking at the hotel. You can park in a parking garage 2 blocks from the hotel or play musical cars with the street parking, but they prefer you use the valet service. The staff was cordial and our room was clean and well maintained.

The drop off area is a cluster. There is zero parking and my husband had to drive around the block 5 times before a spot opened so we could unload- which we had to do at the hotel next door and walk to our hotel then. Aka- there is not a dedicated space to this. Just the regular road. It was just ok. I won’t stay here again because of the hassle that loading and unloading was. Self park was $26 a block away, worth it. Location was good, but zero view of anything but the interstate.

I gave it a 4 because the beds were hard and the pillows were uncomfortable. We had two separate rooms and my family reported the same thing. To be fair we didn’t say anything so I don’t know if the could have rectified it with like an egg crate or something. Everything else was great. We loved the amenities. We were able to watch the game in the lobby and stretch out. Breakfast was good. We played pool which was nice since we didn’t have to spend extra money.

Loved it! Just wish a sauna! Everything was extremely clean/immaculate and breakfast delicious and diverse. Also activities and games to occupy on rainy or "inside days". Convenient location as.well.

Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The location is at the edge of the Third Ward. It was easy to get there and enjoy our time there without having a car. The nice laundry facility was a bonus.

The staff was great to us. We liked our room, other than we were on the first floor and outside our window was a gas fireplace. The crowd out there, at the firepit, stayed elevated until midnight, which could be heard in the room. Luckily it was a vacation for us, but someone on a work trip could be affected.

Didn't like that the hotel charged 40.00 to park your car. My husband had to walk 3 blocks to park are car in a parking lot. And you had to get your car out of parking lot the next morning by 8am. Unbelievable. 189.00 for a hotel room shouldn't charge you 40.00 to park your car.

I booked two queen beds and when we arrived they said they only had a room with one queen and a pullout. We did not sleep well.

I arrived on Thursday. By Sunday, I had asked for my room to be cleaned 3 times. I checked out on Monday and not once was my room cleaned. I had to keep asking for towels. Staff was aware and it was noted in their system but the room was never cleaned.

Great location, friendly staff but not crazy about the parking situation. Hotels are taking advantage of guests, the daily parking fee is insane! There were several lots in the surrounding area that was a fraction of what this hotel was charging.

Everything went smoothly.

People should be aware that the only parking the hotel offers is $39 per day valet parking. Besides that it was a good place to stay.
