So close to everything wish breakfast went a little longer

Location was great, breakfast was very good as well. I liked the costa coffee in the lobby. Very nice and clean!

Valet was a bit disorganized. Beds were super comfortable and the room was very clean.

Just noise from the Interstate traffic but not too bad.

We were at germanfest most of the time.

Last minute for Germanfest. Hotel was great location, walking distance to festival park and third ward. Hotel and room were very clean and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wife was impressed and happy. Public Parking garage was nearby across the street and easy to get to. They have valet as well for fee.

Ease with requesting car from valet. Good interaction with staff. Place was clean, housekeeping was excellent, and good breakfast options.

Great stay! Will book again.

The staff allowed the 4 of us to park our motorcycles right outside the door. Rebecca recommended a great pub for dinner and adult beverages. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The room had two toilet paper holders, each with half a roll. No additional rolls were left in the room. Since no one answered the housekeeping or front desk phones, I had to walk down to the front desk and wait for someone to take a note to have more brought up. The guests above me made enough noise stomping and/or dropping things on the floor and/or jumping from the bed to the floor that I and my companions had to turn up the tv and were then kept up until after midnight because of the noise. When we tried to call the front desk, no one responded. While the hotel and the room were lovely, neither were worth the money I paid to be in the heart of the city ... not even for the one night I stayed.

Clean room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay!

It would be nice & beneficial if there was a Pre Paid Parking Pass that we could use at the adjacent Parking Buildings.
